She could up her protein and keep her fat low, that will help her build muscle, but not store fat. Plus, she really needs to stop eating the seed oils and the other processed foods. If she would go back to cooking and eating food that they make at home, she would probably drop the weight quickly.

| | Well she’s finally back home in and she’s hiding out in her room like usual. JC will realize how much food he has to eat now that Kailyn isn’t eating everything in sight while he’s at work. You could tell he was getting tired of that. He is also following a bunch of pregnant women and some women who look nothing like Kailyn. I wonder what will happen with that. You know she hates that. |

| Her latest boyfriend JC is making fun of her a little bit for saying the same things 2 days in row. I think she kept repeating the differences in what people call things. She would know if she got out of the house more often. He also mentioned something about how much food she was eating.  Maybe he’s starting to get tired of her. |
