And she wasn't just summing it up after the fact, she was doing it in "real time" while she was having the conversation. You're right, we've all been there but somehow doing it this way she just came off as so superior and condescending. Like "You just can't get good help these days!" ugh.. -

Yeah they should have drains on their floors so they can just hose everything off, inside and out. I wonder how often they change their sheets? Someone should ask these important questions in her comments.
