I would not be worried. According to what others have said, the people who run this site are in Italy. Marnie's husband was either fired or let go from his job. All he seems to do is go golfing and order her around. Where would he find the time?. -

I don't really watch much of Marnie anymore or watch Instagram live, but I try to keep up with the thread. If I need to reference something, I might go back and watch it. Do you remember where someone mentioned that Marnie said anything about a @class action suit"? That might be why YT'rs are getting chummy with each other?. -

Free speech. We are protected. They would have to shut down their comments too, because people say negative things there as well. No court would touch that...

Others showcase various other addictions and irresponsibilities, and they are worried about gossip sites?FFS!?
We could open a twitter feed about them and they couldn't do anything about that.... -

Anyone else here watch THE GOOD FIGHT? The topic of posting fake or false comments on the Internet was last weeks show. It is very hard to prove that a real person if any person at all is behind the remarks. CBS evening news just did a segment on this topic as well. It's a real thing! Not today's fake news. LOL
One person sitting in Russia can appear to be 10,000 people spread across the US, Canada, Africa, and Europe ( or anywhere between ) posting individual remarks. The Internet has now become the icon for the phrase "smoke and mirrors" anyone who believes different as an asinine fool. It is to the point but it would not surprise me at some of these you tubers create fake IDs i.e. haters in order to start controversy and reel in their feebleminded followers
And to continue, Marnie being married to a lawyer should be very well aware the class-action lawsuits only make one person rich person's, that is the law firm itself. Unless she is thinking baby hands can do all this alone?. -

no, the posters should not be worried.
They can sue the owner - it will end up on nothing, how many forums have you heard of being closed? How long is GG open and they trash all the big youtubers, share private pics, share addresses ???-
so, YOU the posters are fine.
If she gets this thread - not the forum - closed people will go off topic on other threads or move back to GG, YTT,, GOMI, tPforum, etc, etc, etc.
they can't stop the gossiping. Just change the place where we do it.

I just feel Marnie reached out to a bunch and now they are trying to get notice by each other viewers' that might not be subscribed to them. Maybe even get some colabs out there.
