gigi bags are very basic but quite high priced.
based on pics, the leather doesnt seem all that great too.

I don't think Gigi is a very high volume business. My girlfriend sells and authenticates preowned designer purses (high end) and she has never even heard of Gigi. I showed her a pic of the bag. She was not impressed and thought it was incredibly overpriced. I don't believe for one second that bag was the number one seller anywhere.

I am a bag whore, mostly Brahmin nowadays but always have an eye out for other brands, and that bag is extremely overpriced. There's not even feet on it! There is nothing unique about it-I've seen nicer bags at Target. I don't see how that bag is a bestseller.
Completely off topic but I also have to defend Cheap Trick-I saw in the last thread something about Marnie posting them, was she at a gig or were they playing near her? I've been out of the loop due to finishing school, working full time, and going on job interviews, but Cheap Trick is one of my all time favorite bands and they are phenomenal live. It's been several years since I've gone to any concerts, but they are really solid live. They either had a bad day or Marnie's influence permeated their set.
