That fridge is way too big and bulky. They definitely needed a counter depth fridge. That one sticks out way too far and she’s gonna hate it. And I can’t stand French door fridges. Again, she’s gonna hate it, so HaHa. 😂 . -

That new fridge is ugly. Way too many doors and handles. We have a French door fridge and I love it, its much nicer than Marnie’s $4000 fridge and we didn’t pay anywhere near that. Stumpy must have worked out another one of his deals

We have a french door one, put don't have the drawers between the fridge and the freezer. We love it, and I didn't need help figuring out where to put things. . -

We went from side by side to French Door and it definitely was an adjustment because of the height difference and losing so much door space.
But since I’m a grown ass woman, I figured out without complaining on social media so….. -

I dont understand why they keep "improving" this home they only use 1/3 of. I mean I get its mortgage free but when my kids are all in college or beyond I'm moving to a slick condo, not trying to keep up our home that suits the 6 of us. . -

If they had hired a designer, rather than try to decorate their house on their own, everything would look so much better. For example, a designer would have told them that with a standard depth fridge, you want to custom build the surrounding cabinetry to achieve a built in look. That kitchen is so overdue for a remodel, this would have been the perfect time to do a real update. Buying a couple of new appliances is such a cheap fix for an already ugly kitchen.
Their house reminds me so much of the first house I had as a young married couple in 1991 .with no money. Everything from the furniture, layout, color scheme, fixtures, etc is so mid 90's. I'm glad my husband and I, some 30 years later, now have enough money to have upgraded our house and have been slowly renovating it to enjoy as empty nesters. Even though Stumpy is "retired" they live like people who are living paycheck to paycheck. Not how I want to spend my empty nest years.. -

I think they are fixing things for when they sell it. But a lot of what they have done doesn’t really make sense. It’s not cohesive at all.
The floor color and the bannister color have got to go.. -

if they sell it do they intend to leave the mismatched, im not sure if it's coastal or shabby chic furniture they have all over the house?
that may be a liability rather than an asset. they should have left well enough alone and paid someone to stage the house before selling.

I don't get why they are spending any money on that house. They never have anyone over. She said they don't want to sell the house, but perhaps they are planning on doing that. If they sell, they should remove all their terrible furniture and just get it staged. . -
