Look at Foodie Beauty. The woman is over 400 lbs., has a history of blood clots, fatty liver, enlarged heart, high sugar and other disorders yet she goes from Canada to live in boiling hot Kuwait for a man she knew for a month. Nobody could stop her. Now she’s polluting Bangkok with her awful presence.
Basically if the person isn’t a threat to themselves or others, nothing can be done. You can talk to people like Foodie or Eugenia Cooney until you’re blue in the face and nothing changes.
