Clearly both Manky and Stumpy are on weight loss drugs. Both look drawn and unhealthy.
I think she is headed towards eating disorder territory. The hyper-fixation with her clothing size, always mentioning she can’t finish her meal, photoshopping her image to be taller and thinner…it’s screaming mid-life crisis and OCD. The medication may be dulling her appetite or causing mild nausea because her body fat is at an all time low. The implants are the only thing giving her shape. I don’t understand why she was put on a drug when a simple routine of walking more would have yielded healthier results with no muscle tone loss. How long she can waste away like this before recognizing her body is looking sickly—is anyone's guess. She just doesn’t look good anymore, but she seems thrilled with her results.

Yes, I noticed the commentary about food too. She's always talking about the quantity of food on the table, that she couldn't finish all of it, that it was too much food or she only ate half, etc.

I'm actually really curious to know what Marnie's (and now Stumpy) end game is with Ozempic.
First, can they financially sustain this for the rest of their lives?
There are definite physical signs of someone on Ozempic, or the like. The gaunt face, muscular atrophy, saggy skin, etc. Marnie has them all. She now looks like a 90 year old woman who is wasting away - having to wear layers of clothing because they are always cold.
I just listened to The Doctor's Pharmacy and they mentioned that even the makers of this drug tells users that they must work out/weight train 4-5 times a WEEK when they start this drug. The Goldberg's didn't/will never do that. It's a very interesting podcase.

this came from sister's endocrinologist, if you are not a diabetic and need the O to maintain your sugar levels, people should not be on the O for prolonged periods of time. it's a starting point but you have to get off it when you reach or goal weight, if you have to take it at all.
studies show decline in physical structure - loss of muscle tone, bones weakening, general body malaise and poor health as side effects of O use in non diabetic situations. and even some diabetics encounter these side effects. who knows what the added side effects are to someone with an autoimmune disease (that she seems to not manage well, too).
what they both needed to do was have a doctor and trainer design a sustainable exercise and meal plan for them, and they needed to stick to that. being skinny does not equate to health. but we know she will never sustain anything. she is far too lazy for that.

Her snarl/smirk is so pronounced -- must have scared the kiddies at the party.
Her leg craters are out in full force and she is still wearing those ridiculous, outdated double strap slipon heels.

there are medspas that do it. also online clinics. it's steep and not covrered by insurance so im sure Stumpy Esq found a workaround.

Well if you include her horrible photoshopping then yes, she usually does look like an Amazon! I love how in virtually every photo of her she has to always refer to herself in some way……look at me, look at me!
