I think Jenny just uses the excuses/lies that her children are too sensitive, and do not like things just to get out of doing anything with them. She is such a waste of a person. I am sure they would love to go to the theatre and it makes no sense if it was a family tradition why she does not involve them in it. Going to her house must feel like torture to them at least they have Tens and Don. I am a loner at heart but I get sick of my own company after a while.

This is such a great comment! I have / had a lot of family working in theater on Broadway, in the stagehands union, others working in the film industry. They are from a different generation where theater is cultured. Their careers have nothing to do with me, and I don't even like theater. I think they raised her to really believe that she's "somebody" and comes from an elite stock. I think D** and his family were impressed by it. I don't think she has anybody in real life to be impressed by it anymore, maybe a bunch of old grannies following her are impressed, or former theater kids.

I think she's seen a lot of these shows multiple times, I remember her saying something about A Christmas Carol every year - I don't get it. How many times can you see it? She said she has FIVE theater subscriptions, but I don't see any children oriented shows "on the docket". Isn't there anything else going on in your life where you can go do something productive but sit your ass in a seat?

She’s so annoying with her whole thing that theater is her family culture. Yes, her grandparents worked in theater but that was like 100 years ago. Jill was a professional actress for a short time. But what has Jen done?

Honestly, her and Don were perfect for each other in this way. Both blowhards who thought their grandparents’ achievements were theirs.

    Looked this up

"Peloton classes are designed to challenge both the novice rider and experienced cyclist. Depending on your speed and exertion, you can expect to burn anywhere between 400-700 calories in a 45 minute class."

Let's take an average 500 cals

4 hours will burn roughly 2000 cals.

What IS she eating to gain so much weight???

You can't just be eating what she shows. I know her breakfast is high in sugar and cals but she is eating way way more.

As Yetta says "you can't out exercise a bad diet".

CC: What do you want to be when you grow up Donny?

Donny: Daddy says I am going to work in trading. He will retire and I will become CEO. He already has an office waiting for me and everything. Grandpa Poopsie is teaching dad everything he needs to know and dad will teach me so that I can work and afford a house with 7 bedrooms. I will do a lot of work from home which will give me the ability to travel to Utah whenever I want.

Being the Groundhog Day robot Jenny is - she must be feeling the twinges of formerly getting ready for August in Utah and she is not included - which means she will begin her next downward spiral. Buckle your seatbelts ladies and gents!

This could be why she has upped her exercise. Todays stats

4:45-6:45 am yoga, running, stretching (so much for last week's video about not getting up at 4 am to workout anymore)

9:35 am 5 minute Core (stopped, dropped, and rolled for a 5 minute live JUST to get a shout out)

6-7pm rides and stretch (odd time to ride with kids...hmmmm)

Does she stay in her workout clothes all day?

Still thinking about the long letters she’d send as part of her care package when soliciting a new friend  Forget the yellow doll room photos, I’d die to have someone drop one of those letters here someday

In one episode (yes, I consider every vlog an episode of The Jen Show), they had out-of-state friends staying over for a weekend and Jen did all she could to avoid them. Don stayed up talking to them while she went to bed, Don took them out to breakfast while Jen stayed home. I'm sure the couple who visited them had a lot to say about Jen on their drive home. My husband and I certainly would have. :shifty:

Jenny has a very juvenile view of friendship. She wants the BFF soul sister relationship way too soon which pushes normal people away. Most women her age are busy and don't have the same amount of time to devote to hair braiding and gossiping about boys as part time babysitter Jenny.

She needs to adjust her expectations on friendship. Sometimes the best you're going to get is an acquaintance and that's OK. Mommy friends you chitchat with over coffee is OK. Not everything needs to be deep or complicated.

Imagine thinking you are throwing shade at these potential friends by posting your disappointment without realizing you are just confirming to those people that they made the right decision to pull back. How can she not see that they cannot ALL be wrong? She is the common denominator.

Jen has/had the chance to make new friends through her children where she has built-in common ground but she is too busy hiding away from the triggering mass exodus crew. Then again she had lots of time to meet parents while caged and never did so....

she should go give out $10 gift cards inside of Starbucks again. I've heard that's a great way to make friends and won't come across creepy at all :shifty:

That was so embarrassing when she went on & on about the planner girls being like sisters. It was odd at the time and it's even more odd now, knowing that she wasn't able to maintain relationships with any of them. Jen has a romantic view of female friendships and has no idea what the reality is.
