Yeah, T2 can totally be genetics. I control my glucose levels with diet and exercise. I'm not obese and still have issues with it spiking. I even check my levels 3 times a day to make sure I am on track. My internist told me not to feel defeated if I still end up with T2 and have to go on medication bc both my parents are/were diabetic. A lot of people don't realize that T2 is genetic related and not lifestyle related. |

The other lady put her in her place by stating the obvious aging issues she has. She does have a thin upper lip and your neck is thin/wrinkled. She does look her age. The lady didn't say anything that doesn't need work on. it's embarrassing the way she goes on and on about how great and young she looks...when we can literally see her. Even with filters she looks her age or worse. |

| She can say what she wants about her mom but at least her mom took photos with her. She was confident in her own skin to document those memories, unlike KK who admits she only has a couple of photos. Also, maybe her mom was focused more on her family and not always trying to stop the clock. kK is obsessed with appearing young and she looks her age...it's something she is never going to achieve.
Secondly, her mom may have worked outside the home or been a full time SAHM with all the responsibilities. KK can't even pump gas, clean dog poop, iron, cook, etc. |
