The Gossip Bakery

As much as we discourage it, I think the Bakery is driving membership to Jen's Patreon. This is the place where all the truly interesting news breaks, all of it having to do with the latest goings-on for the new and improved Mr. and Mrs. Ross. The wedding announcement was discovered just after Jen's vaguebooking about her latest mopefest. We all know that Jenions keep up with the gossip here. As much as we spy on the Patreon, they spy on the Bakery!

I think people are joining the Patreon because it's easier than keeping up with the Bakery for updates on the Rumble uploads. (Sometimes threads move very quickly.) The patrons don't mind paying the fee if it means that they'll get the updates in real time. They probably assume that Jen's going to provide old-style vlogs, with "exclusive" information. It's obvious that she has been hiding a lot.

Of course, that doesn't mean that Jen will give them any content worth paying for. It's only a matter of time until even the patrons start to leave.

Most of the claims Jen makes about her marriage now are just revisionist history. Jen is a very arrogant person, who seems to actually believe that she is perfect. She really thought that she was better than Don in every way, which she made very clear in her old vlogs. Jen’s pride was massively hurt by the divorce, and everything that followed. She’ll never get over fact that Don could move on so quickly and easily, with a wife who is a clear upgrade.

She looks like a fly in that smug sunglasses photo.

Jen aged quickly when she got off the pill. That estrogen really helped to keep her looking young. I don’t know…maybe it’s time for some HRT? (Jk. There’s nothing better than a prescription retinoid, without injections.)

Interesting…for all her opposition to Western medicine, she certainly had no issues with taking birth control pills for ten years.

Ummmm…she was trying super hard to avoid having children.

Then right around when she says she started seriously thinking about divorce (“I always knew I’d leave that relationship.”) - well, it’s now time to have kids to cement her financial future.

Yes I know. I’m pointing out the ridiculousness of her stance on this issue.

In the case of the first Ross marriage, Don’s young age certainly contributed to his naïveté. He didn’t have enough life experience to be able to see through Jen’s manipulative BS.

I still find it so bizarre that younger Jen would decide that she was never even going to attempt a career. I’m the same age as her. Young girls of our generation grew up in an era when American women were making huge advances in the workforce. In the 1980s, the women began to be represented in the Supreme Court, in NASA’s space flights, and in national politics. There’s a reason why Barbie’s had so many careers. We benefited greatly from the work of generations of women’s rights advocates.

It’s totally incomprehensible to me that younger Jen could just decide that she was “not meant to work.” She meant that literally, as she really just wanted to be completely idle. I’m not putting down the value of stay-at-home wives and mothers. Jen didn’t want to stay at home to cook, clean, and raise children. No, she wanted to do absolutely nothing to contribute to society. Something went very wrong when she was being raised to result in this mindset.

Jen is very anti-medical intervention. She’d rather die on that hill than be proven wrong, even if bunion surgery would benefit her. At the very least, she wouldn’t have to go to ridiculous lengths to hide the bunions anymore.

If those are new shoes, I am not a fan. I've never understood the appeal of distressed clothing/shoes. Why would someone want to wear new things that look so old? I just don't get it.

Conspicuous consumption. It’s a fashion thing to show off your disposable income. Poor people can’t afford to buy distressed clothing. :smoking-smiley-face:

(Before anyone takes this personally and comes at me, here’s the standard disclaimer: Nothing in this thread is about you. Especially in this case. Wear what you like! No one cares.)

How old are those sandals? What’s the point of painting your toenails if you’re just going to wear cruddy old Birkenstocks with the half the finish worn off?

They're new-ish. Footbeds look like they're being broken into around the heel. That finish is a faded with foil accent look (on purpose). Birkenstock have done several of these washed/worn looks over the recent years.

If that worn look is on purpose, she’s not pulling it off. It’s one thing if only the sandals look old and drab, when they’re actually styled that way. But then your whole outfit can’t be frumpy, as that’s the opposite image entirely. No one would be surprised to see Jen in old and dirty shoes.

Between these and yesterday’s sewer boots, Jen really needs to get a second opinion before showing off her “style.” It’s too early to just give up - Tens is living proof that you don’t need to embrace the momiform. And she has five kids!

    QUOTE (Party of 7 @ 20/3/2022, 05:15)
Aunt Julie, her “forever aunt” 🙄

Jen was with her yesterday helping her with some stuff. Then she came home and posted the story about “being hit with unexpected news”.

Maybe Aunt Julie told her about the party? Maybe it wasn’t about the party and was something about Aunt Julie?

I’ll bet that Julie’s only her aunt for as long as Winnie lives. In my head, Julie still maintains contact with Jen so that she can provide some comfort to that poor dog. I wouldn’t put it past Jen to leave Winnie with Julie when she knows it’s the end.

I wonder if Jen’s disappointed that no one asked her about why she was so emotionally rocked yesterday. Vaguebooking is only for attention after all. It’s a good guess that maybe she got some news from Julie. It had to be about the Rosses…Tens must be expecting. No matter what she’s previously posted online.

How are the Jenions not able to see how sad that was to watch? Especially on this livestream, Jen looks like a very lonely person. She’s sitting in a big empty house and reading comments from people pre-filtered through a paywall, having a one-sided conversation. The topic of this livestream? Jen. Except she’s not actually sharing anything with her dear friends, and rejects all of their suggestions for video topics. How much longer before they realize they’ve been scammed?

There was a period of time recently when she posted yoga content every day on IG. Jen’s revisionist history strikes again!

And not only “no” to a Disney packing video but a “no” to everything else anyone asked as well -

Fans: “Can you show how you organize your kids’ toys?”

Jen: “No, the toys aren’t really organized. My kids don’t have my super-special organizing skills, so there’s really not a lot of organization.”

Fans: “Can you maybe start a ‘Shop My Home’ page?”

Jen: “No. My home’s not really decorated. I don’t even have anything hanging on the walls.”

Fans: “Ooh! What about a ‘Craft with Me’?”

Jen: “No. I’d rather just sit here & talk about me.”

Jen just loves to shoot down ideas and suggestions from her most loyal viewers. She’s always very short and rude in her responses. Here’s a screenshot I took from her comments shortly after she announced this Patreon. Can’t share yoga content because she’s not a certified yoga instructor? What is she even talking about?
