Interesting that she’s been depressed three times: once in high school, college, and then 2021.

But not during her caged marriage.

So, I think Jen “parted ways” from those planner btches pretty quickly. And I’m happy for her. Jen is a soul sucking narcissist, but she doesn’t seem to take joy in being nasty to other people. Those planner girls were clearly the worst of the worst - chicks who weren’t popular in high school who suddenly got a bit of power.

Do you think maybe some of the people she’s saying she reached out to and was rejected by were travel YouTubers? Like, trying to start a conversation or suggest a meet-up on the road. And she got back “yeah, sorry, busy” responses.

45 minutes?! Ugh. Well, I’m going in, folks.

Normally this would have me feeling super sorry for Jen, but I cannot forget during one of the last times she was boohooing about no connections and she encouraged her followers to build a community together (I think this was pre-Patreon).

Then about a week later she came on Instagram and shamed some poor Jenion who apparently had been messaging with Jen, poured her heart out in one message, and Jen responded with an emoji. So the Jenion was hurt and called Jen out and they worked it out. But….we know this BECAUSE JEN CAME ON INSTA to tell the whole story saying she can’t help that she’s so super busy, essentially shaming the poor Jenion who foolishly took Jen at her word about desperately needing connection.

    Jen is a soul sucker.

is everyone mentally prepared to hear about how she has no friends, misses the dear sweet friends she had when she was 12, and she's just given up on trying but will maybe try again someday?

then we can read comments suggesting she make mom friends through the school but she'll totally ignore those. yay can't wait

This is a Patreon only video, so she'll probably just get a lot of sympathy and Jenions commiserating with her, giving their sad, friendless stories, and telling her that she will always have them as friends.

ETA: I made a bingo card for tomorrow's video that was posted in the last thread. I will repost it here when it's closer to showtime, so it doesn't get lost among the posts

I’m holding out hope that we’ll get a hint as to what the story is behind the unused second Ed Sheeran ticket (something had to trigger a third video on how lonely, kind, generous Jen can’t make any friends).

    Down with them all.
    SPOILER (click to view)
Tens and Don make me as ragey as Gene.
If Jen is forever 5, Tens is forever 25.
What is with Don and these chicks with severe cases of arrested development??
Also, Tens doesn’t like her husbands “fat and sweaty” so better keep that weight off Donald - or make sure you keep making it rain with those nepo Don dollars.

I'm with you on this. Is there a train or a hayride or some other mode of transportation we need to be on?

Maybe we can go with a outdoor/backyard theme in honor of Jen’s wasteland…

The Veggie Garden (IYKYK) versus The Clubhouse (I’m envisioning us naysayers up there with a “No Rosses Allowed” sign).

There goes Abby-Gail and Kisha’s friendship.

Wonder how long this will last?
    (I’m giving it a month.)

Seemed reasonable….until the part where the stylist says if you let your hair get greasy it makes the extensions impossible to hide. Deal breaker for our Gene.

If she had just packed the largest suitcase in the set instead of the medium one she would have had plenty of room for all the extras. I think she does shit like that on purpose just to be cruel.

EXACTLY!! Let’s say we take everything Jen said as fact - CC didn’t want the doll or second purse and the folio made no sense when she had better photos from the photo package. She had no idea it would turn out that way and KNEW, before leaving, it was likely they’d have to leave some things behind. Why force themselves, especially the children, to make decisions they might regret at the very end of the trip when everyone’s all tired out and just wanting to get everything packed to go home? Bringing one size up for her suitcase would have cost nothing and created no extra inconvenience. But Jen had decided that she was light packer Jen for this trip and that was that.

seabassJr I would bet she had something else for breakfast that second day as she said she was "too full" for the muffin. Lying liar! 😉

Good point. This would be a questionable breakfast, but I wonder if she saved some of the 8 tacos from the dinner the night before and at them for breakfast. That room did have a fridge.

Tracking Jen’s spending is my fave. I miss Narcissism101 summaries! Jen has a rare talent for spending ridiculous amounts of money on seemingly nothing. I saw some estimates coming at $2,000 for the weekend and I’m thinking that’s about right, if not a bit low. I’ll fill in estimated costs tomorrow, but here’s what I’ve got for her items purchased:

    DAY 1
    Uber to train station
    Train tickets to city
    Hotel room - 2 nights
    Ticket boat tour
Dinner at taco place (margarita, appetizer, 2 entrees, dessert)
    Ed Sheeran concert #1 ticket
    Two concert merch bracelets
    Two concert merch t shirts
    DAY 2
Muffin that she gives away and nutella coffee
    Ticket kayak tour
Lunch (two tacos, free fries, aqua Fresca)
    Cup of gelato
    Ed Sheeran concert #2 ticket
Snacks at concert (cheddar popcorn, gummy bears, something that looks like a fruit cup, bottled water, Blue Moon)
Two more concert merch t shirts
    DAY 3
Brunch (Bloody Mary, brûléed grapefruit, breakfast skillet)
    Train ticket to suburbs
    Uber home

What I don’t understand is that she needs to get to the concert two hours before the opening act even starts because that keeps her from stressing out, but budgeted to leave the hotel at noon to catch a 12:30 train when it took 25 minutes to walk there and she had a heavy backpack. Make it make sense!

Also, I don’t think it’s depression lack of showering. Even if she wasn’t really as cheerful as she presented herself, she was definitely out and about and seriously active all weekend. Depression hygiene is usually paired with barely (or not) functioning as far as fulfilling most commitments or responsibilities, not just hygiene. I think Jen genuinely believes she isn’t smelly and literally doesn’t care to be clean anymore.

Nobody that I know leaves their deceased pet’s belongings out as part of the grieving process. They “can’t bear to look at it.” Jen isn’t bothered by it because she is not grieving the loss of Winnie. The unburdened messenger became a burden, so Jen checked out on her. There is truly something seriously wrong with her.

    BIB. Exactly.

I’m not about to judge how anyone grieves. I will rarely judge end of life choices either. Even Jen’s.

But what I *will* judge is hypocrisy.

Jen left a dying dog who, in JEN’s own words, hated not being with her and hated not being at home with her own things and soft bed, at the vet for WEEKS on end so Jen could travel completely pointlessly and unnecessarily. And then she has the BALLS in her d*ck shorts to pretend she’s leaving out all Winnie’s things because she’s “grieving.” Fck off Jen. Winnie needed you when she was alive, not this performative, self-serving BS now that she’s dead.

I think the main difference is that Kisha had some form of decent upbringing. Lenabler bailed but her grandparents appeared to do right by Kisha. And maybe most importantly it appears none of Kisha’s first degree relatives were hard core addicts. Nikki was introduced to heroin by her own mother. It seems likes heroin robs people of a chunk of their humanity even if they manage to get clean.

I agree. Niki is a product of her environment + addiction. Nobody has shown her an example of what good looks like. I honestly do feel bad for her. I did some research (nothing truly intellectual but just general to try to understand addiction) about neuroplasticity. Drug use, especially at a younger age can literally rewire and damage the brain. And that damage can be permanent. Just like babies who are born addicted due to a drug addicted mother. It doesn't happen to EVERY baby but it does happen to many of them. They wind up with neurological disorders and even physical disabilities. It can happen to older children/teens and young adults as well.

Niki does show some indications of trying to do better. She works and it's not easy. She has to walk, get a ride or take the bus but she does it. Plenty of people would just sit around and live off public assistance. Others game the unemployment system. Sadly, her life revolves around addiction. Methadone, nicotine, marijuana, caffeine ... those are all substances that she is addicted to. I wonder what she could become if she could rid herself of ALL addictions (including Darryl).

This is what keeps me watching despite the fact that she is largely unlikeable, a bad parent, and Daryl is just disgusting.

The vlog where she’s tired after her night shift, disheveled, the sun is just coming up, she needs to pee (and does…in the bushes bc the mall isn’t open!), and can’t find the bus stop, makes me keep pulling for her. She keeps persisting, finds the stop after having to double back and having walked much farther than she needed to, and makes it home. Most people would have been in tears or have blown money they didn’t have on an Uber. Nikki keeps on marching, cheerfully btching and complaining the whole way.

She works a thankless gas station night job, when she’s used to stripper money (which isn’t as good as what she pretends, but is certainly much faster money than minimum wage). It is highly unusual to go straight after sex work because of the lure of fast “easy” money.

It’s hard when she’s such a disaster and clearly not doing right by her kid, but she really is making recognizable efforts to pull herself out of some of her mess.

she said "none of my kids have ever been in daycare". She said she wants to shelter DJ. Good Lord. That child is NOT sheltered. Daycare would be amazing for him. The shit he's exposed to in that hovel is atrocious.

Haven’t watched yet but I’m not sure she should be bragging about none of her children being in daycare. All of them have been removed from her care except DJ!

I’ve got a few theories as to why she would keep him out:
-Daycare providers would notice issues like bruises, acting out, or consistently dirty clothing. And they are mandated reporters.
-Since Nikki works until early morning, it would fall to Darryl to get DJ up, cleaned, dressed, and ready to go to daycare. Not happening.
-Nikki may also realize that having DJ around all day does put some constraint on Darryl’s ability to go out and cheat on her while she’s sleeping during the day for her night shift.

I agree daycare would be the best thing for DJ. His dad is teaching him that hitting people the face is a fun game. I don’t wish a kid who is the product of that on any daycare but it’s the only chance for correction and normalcy before he enters kindergarten where it will be too late.
