Back to the headless horseman pic...I'm inclined to agree with you Flossy, on Jen cropping it...but when I went to the photographer's site, there were certainly a couple of headless torso pics...
Haha, also tried to upload a couple more pics...one where both parents heads were cut off and both were shirtless. But the bakery blocked them, haha! Why are people so weird??!? We can just be glad they didn't go for that look.
She used to be funnier Now she takes herself or at least her internet stuff so seriously On the other hand, she was affected by feedback from the beginning Makes you wonder why she doesn't quit when she seems so miserable doing it
I think her addiction to the praise might outweigh her aversion to criticism.
One of the things that always stood out to me was how how self-absorbed she was. She rarely thought of going out of her way for Don.
Once, when Jen decided to give up eating cheese, she stoppped purchasing it. However, Don still wanted it for his sandwiches. Oh well, too bad for him.
When she stopped drinking coffee, she let Don's supply of K-cups run out.
These are just a couple of examples I can think of. I remember the whole "Jen takes very good care of me" grossness happened after Don got sick. I cannot remember the exact illness-was it the flu in Utah? Jen also showed very little care when Don got the ear infection while on vacation in DR.
For crying out loud, if JEN gets the sniffles, her mother, in-laws and Don all send flowers and Don has to feed her in bed. Don will then purchase some extravagant gift just to cheer Jen up.
There is just SO MUCH to dislike about Jen. I have watched her from nearly the beginning. I liked her for about 6 months. By 2011 it was clear to me that the more she shared about herself, the more I grew to dislike her. She is one of those people who would have done better to keep some things private and not share as freely as she did.
Or when her back went out right after Don's back surgery.
One last thing about Q o S then I'll drop it until she has a thread.
Her husband treats her like a queen and she makes him out to be a giant pussy man-servant. It's totally uncalled for. He does lovely things for her and she almost makes fun of him for it. He drives her everywhere. Cooks her every meal. Accompanies her on day-long shopping trips. Then she snaps about how he is taking up time at the Aus equivalent of Home Depot or spends all day on his phone while they are shopping.from someone who spends her days snapping WORK meetings. All day.
Ok I'm done!
Never heard of her. But, from the sound of her YouTube bio, I bet Jen would love her...
"As women, we all have an inner queen. To feel like a queen, it's as simple as believing you are one. We should all wear our invisible crowns and remember, a queen never leaves her castle to address a peasant who may throw stones."
This was the last 'check in' lecture - starts at 7:30
She starts out with some good points which are actually fair, but then she starts repeating herself and it starts to sound patronising and rambles on about how life is so precious and anyone being negative is wasting their life.
Also the same video where she mentions getting out more with Charlotte, joining mommy groups and making friends with people in real life. 6 months ago. Poor kid is still cooped up in that damn house in a never-ending loop like Groundhog's Day.
Oh yay, my first thread title! And that pic 🙈 I do not pretend to be good at that! My husband is a graphic designer...he would cringe! But I still kind of love it.
What adventures will Bore-a go on this week??!? Maybe a walk to Starbucks? Trader Joe's for some cart vibes? Tuesday errands? B-B-B-B-B-Bore-a B-B-B-B-B-Bore-a
I love all the new neat stuff they come out with. Guilty. Buying all the things like Jen. I used a cart cover. Not as big or crazy as Jen's though.
I don't have a cart cover, but I do love babywearing. But I also have three boys and am out and about all day errrrday, and my baby doesn't believe in sleep. 😳 But he loves the wrap. He thinks of my chest as an all you can eat buffet, that is open 24/7, so I would get nothing done if I couldn't wear him. And out and about it makes life much easier to have at least one kid strapped down, haha. But he's also seven months old and already pulling up and cruising along furniture, so that doesn't last for long!
"It weighs 2.15 pounds, which is relatively light considering the thickness of the leather and the brass hardware." Now we're making comments on the lightness of her diaper bag...oh, excuse me, diaper purse??!? #LongandLeanBackpack #ShortwaistedandXSLikeMAMA #97thPercentileForCrazy #Bore-aTheExplorer
To give her nine-month-old daughter Charlotte a cheerio, she has to open a bag within a pouch within a backpack stuffed full of crap (mostly snacks for herself in every available compartment). #MakingEverythingHarderThanItHasToBeSinceForever
Did she really get a "resounding" let's see what's in your bag, or did she just want to show off. I can't be bothered to read her comments so I don't know, but I'm guessing they weren't all that "resounding". She's so excited about that damn bag she can hardly speak. I don't get it.
Don't you know? All of her videos are "highly requested" and we are blessed that she takes the time to share all of her knowledge. 🙄
I'm a little behind here, so sorry if this has been addressed...but did anyone catch that she said she'd do a blahg post "with stats...height and weight..."??? Kind of like she did with...HER DAUGHTER. 😳

And OH GAWWWWD are we back to the "very shortwaisted" talk??!? #LongandLeanlikeCC #ShortWaistedLikeJen
