That's what kills me about her. Regardless of the brand/store, she is always a size small or 4/6. That's a load of crap. The average woman can go to 5 stores on the same day and need to wear different sizes. She refuses to 1. accept that 2. act on that. This is why half of her clothes look like they are bursting at the seams.
JUST BECAUSE YOU CAN SQUEEZE INTO DOESN'T MEAN IT FITS! MARNIE! I weigh 90 pounds and am Marnie's height. In some stores, I am a 00 and in others, I am a 6. There is no way that she is consistently the same size, and she would look so much better if she'd just wear what fits regardless of the tag!
Nobody is the same size in every brand. I have a range of sizes in my closet. It's the annoying part of trying to buy clothes, not knowing if your most commonly worn size will fit. |

The easiest way to make friends is through your kids; talk to the parents of their friends/teammates/classmates. Also, you don’t need a million friends but she doesn’t even seem to have one.
This exactly. I mentioned being "adopted by an extrovert" in middle school. But I made friends before and after that. They're also people who care about me and want me to be the best possible version of myself. We give each other advice (not which socks are best for running advice) and tell each other when we're the asshole and when we're not. We don't need to be the center of attention and we can take constructive criticism. |
