Agree that jacket is tragic, especially on her. She is definitely not the fashionable type who can pull it off. I’m sure she thinks it’s sooo edgy though. 🙄. Can’t wait for her to wear it with her skin tight jeans and horrid shoes.

The jacket ends at the widest part of her hips? How is that a good fashion choice?

She’s back on the treadmill today so it seems like she’s rested up now. She said she would be sharing likes, dislikes, what she would do differently for future trips, etc., this week.

I bet she never goes back to Paris. heck, maybe even England. She got her Filofax, umbrella and trench :confused-smiley-emoticon-1:
What else could she possibly need to go for?

I hope she gets slammed for acting like she's on a budget but spent a fortune on this trip. She's a scammer.

I do too but she won’t because she “budgeted” for it. And she will block anyone who does mention the hypocrisy of this trip.

And her bellyaching about the time difference? Experience real jet lag and see how it feels. What a lightweight.

Is Burberry cool again? Wasn’t it adopted by the less than upper crust for a while? (Not trying to offend anyone. Just wondering).

If she loves hiking so much, why in the world wouldn’t she join a hiking group? I know, I know, it’s really a rhetorical question but honestly, for any normal person it would make so much sense.

And of course she shows us her running legs today. The woman is a robot.

So she literally returned from Nantucket last week and is in England today cosplaying being European? So relatable. I’m sure her cash envelopes are how she afforded this trip.

And she needs to stand up straight. Her posture contributes to her chunky look.

She takes inches off her height turtle-necking. Her dowager's hump. Kyphosis.

I love that she actually shows this stuff. Dining out this summer includes the likes of Taco Bell, Pizza, Panda Express, Cinnabon, and several trips to Smashburger.

What’s she really wants you to see is the one trip to a swanky Charleston restaurant for $328 followed by dessert at Carmella’s (famous dessert and drinks place) for a mere $58.

So it’s not all as it seems in the Hammersley household and it’s ok to drop 400 bucks on stuff you’ll just poo out later when you are so intent on paying off your mortgage.

What I’m noticing is that she’s buying food out almost every single day. Seems like a lot for someone who worries about what toxins she’s putting in her body.

Jen's "organization" makes me insane. She stacks everything 3 deep. Don't you need to access your dishwasher tabs daily? And the stainless steel bowls multiple times a day? They're all buried behind 500 other things.

Agreed, but what REALLY pisses me off is that she has stuff in the weirdest spots. Who puts bread in a random ass cabinet with their baking dishes? Mine is either in the pantry or right above the toaster oven. Maybe I’m just super picky, but she’s a fucking psycho

    As Jen would say…

    THIS!!

It makes me itchy. Any of her “organizing” is like this. Her bedroom drawer organization was bizarre. In RM1.0, she stored her bathing suits in her nightstand. It made me irrationally angry.

What about how she is not buying much but now needs the $250 milk making machine? Oh yeah Toni, we forgot about your garden and new garden house while on a low buy. Does she think we are morons? Keep carting around your dirty cash and trying to convince us.

And she still has her old nut milk maker. Why would you need 2 really specialized items?

Agree that Dustpan is to blame for kissing her ass because she makes so much money. He is a wuss and quite the arrogant a-hole himself. They both really have high self opinions. She is ridiculous when it comes to daily life and how all of these small things (no pun intended) are what sends her into some sort of anxiety-laden tailspin.

But she said she doesn't have anxiety, remember? Honestly, she is just a whiny bish who needs everything just so and throws tantrums when her life doesn't go as she thinks it should. I don't like to wish ill will on people but she really needs a wake up call on what matters in life and what doesn't. She also needs to start a gratitude journal.

Right? Like if she could blame her behavior on anxiety she wouldn’t sound so entitled. But she’s just that much of a whiny witch. (Not knocking people with anxiety cuz 🙋🏻‍♀️ but any excuse would be better than “I just don’t like my children”.

One of her fears is that she'll have a meetup and no one will show up.

She should be afraid of this.

I thought she’d cured her anxiety? HMMMM 🤔

The thing is that if no one shows up, she will be the only one that knows that. I think it would be worse to hsve only 1 or 2 people show up because then other people know that no one showed up. Except it’s kind of embarrassing for the 2 people that decided to show 🤷🏻‍♀️

    Thoughts on a pantsuit politics executive producer who is not as famous as Tom Cruise and her conversation on place, privilege, association and not assigning judgment;

My god! Jen would give her remaining three hairs to live in Lake Forest! She loves its peace and quiet, it’s manicured lawns and ‘very very very upper class’ mansions, it’s secret garden ( mwahahaha!!!) and exclusive beach with rules to keep the povs out
Unfortunately it’s “quite a distance, half an hour” from the mouldy mausoleum with its constant noise from the road and planes
This makes Jen feel ‘icky’, so she gently reminds herself and her Dear Friend the camera that she also lives in a very affluent area in a very nice house which actually, is not too far from here
That’s better. Also, Jen does not assign judgement on those that do live in Lake Forest, then bravely continues,
    Onwards
Shaping a day that brings her peace

Yeah, I bet if Pantsuit Politics did a deep dive on Scientology and their practices, Jen would care what Tom Cruise does with his personal life.

I do wonder if she looked at any places in Lake Forest or Evanston, since she’s always liked houses in those areas. It didn’t seem like there was a big rush to get out of RM1. But maybe she wanted to be as close as possible to the rest of the family before the Mass Exodus.

I “Wonder” if she wanted to be as close to the soup kitchen as possible? Also, she never lived on the north shore (except for living with Don in Evanston, which I guess is north shore but almost not). The North Shore is more old money aesthetic vs Glenview/Northbrook with is more new money. Maybe she wants to continue to reinvent herself. But I can’t imagine her living on the NS. She just doesn’t fit.

Jordan Page touts the jillion bank accounts thing too, but she is dumber than a rock.

It’s just not that complicated. People try to make it complicated so they can sell you a solution. A lot of people - including those with a whole lot more money than Toni - do just fine with a basic checking account and a brokerage account with a money market option. That’s it.

She needs to stay in her lane.

Exactly. Maybe this gazillion bank account thing is for people who look at a balance and think they can spend it all. I have just that, one checking, one MM. I do hold some savings in checking in case I need it, and whatever expenses I have coming up. It's all catergorized, on paper (I'm a bit luddite. it's a paper spreadsheet...lol) But if you look at the balance you might think woohee lets go buy something but I know it's all earmarked so I am not tempted in the least. I thought this was normal but maybe people like Toni, shopaholics, can't do this.

Dave Ramsey is a difficult personality. He's always worshipped wealth, as evident when he was some real estate mogul before he went bankrupt. he just has a new way of going about it now. He does use some good principles for getting out of debt for people way over their head but he takes them to the extreme and never credits those that came before him (like Larry burkett) and acts like he came up with the whole thing. If you visit Ramsey Solutions on Glassdoor you'll see some interesting reviews working for that company....he sounds like an arse to work for.

I mean we have a few additional accounts for house improvements and contributing to our next car (we continue to “pay” car payments after we have paid off the car to pay for the next car) but it’s all automated and makes it easier for us to save for things that we don’t know what or when the cost will occur. But it’s not hard and it’s easy to set up. Trying to set up cash envelopes every week seems like making busy work for yourself.

Well, that was depressing. First, skin care from a gray person? Next, that's what you wear to go out? Then, was that the mauseleum's neighborhood? Finally, you live on holiday, you don't need to decompress.

No, BannedInUtah , it was Lake Forrest, a much nicer area than she lives in.

The thing is, she could buy a house in Lake Forest, but it wouldn’t have spare rooms. It might be a 3 bedroom fixer upper at best. But she could live in LF if she wanted to.
