I’ve always assumed it’s because Lisa likes to spend the bare minimum of time with her family/John. You know, she’s very important and probably needs to go buy something pointless for herself so once she’s eaten and good old John has performed for her at the pool (pics etc), she can jet out without waiting for her family/peasants. |

It appears her video camera filters her neck and face, leaving her mottled arms au naturel. Just odd looking because the face filtering she can get away with but the video filtering of her neck is pretty obvious. Then the arms of course, not a good look. |
