| | Yes all restaurant workers have to wear masks in NC. Also, back to no gatherings of more than 10 people in certain spaces. We were at 15 and the governor cut it back to 10 yesterday. The masks have been mandated since July. I would say 85% wear them but the numbers are not going down. In fact, they're rising again which is why the Governor lowered the gathering number down before Thanksgiving. I think the mask lowers the odds but it's definitely not fool proof. |

"Jewelry2-303.11Prohibition. Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band, while preparing FOOD, FOOD EMPLOYEES may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands."
I don't see anything about wait staff. This only involves the hands and arms so I'm not sure about facial jewelry. I know in food manufacturing facilities, no piercings of any kind including face and ears can be worn on the production floor. If caught, the USDA can shut you down. No nail polish or fake nails even if you're wearing gloves. I feel restaurants should be under the same rules but I don't make the rules. |

| | Obviously the video she posted yesterday was supposed to have been Thursday's video because she kept saying you'll see the foundation in Friday's video. I have to admit I enjoyed the video of her discussing drug store products. Some I disagree with but it seemed to be a video like the old Lisa would put up. |
