I think it depends on the relationship. I would never go to the funeral of my first husband. He moved away and we never spoke again. We had no children.

That area is too far away from her parents. I think it's obvious she only wants to be 5-10 minutes away from them and I believe that house would be a good 45 minute drive to her parents. Carolina Beach area yes is more economical. Real estate on the north side of Wilmington is much more expensive.
Most counties in NC have a choice to either go to the classroom or do the homeschooling. My guess is Lisa has chosen for Will to do homeschooling since that means she don't have to take him anywhere.
Those planned communities in Charleston & Wilmington are overpriced because people from other areas who move in want that look. People buy them at that price. This is Carolina Park outside of Charleston, SC Some sections of the community start in the 400s. This is the custom built section which begins in the 800s.

She’s been on YouTube for almost the same amount of time as Lisa and she’s only got 17.6k subscribers. Now there is a woman I really cannot relate to. If you think Lisa is overdone, check out Sharons overfilled, botoxed to the nth degree face. The woman is 72, she thinks she looks young....no darlin’ we can see that you’re an elderly woman, no amount of Botox or filler is going to make you look young. Lisa take note, that’s where you’re headed.
I thought Sharon was claiming she is in her low 60s. Maybe I was watching an old video. I hope and pray I don't look like her at 72. She says she's a life coach. I've never understood why there isn't a thread on her.
