| Jen is going to loose her DVC points for her trip - Last years 2020 only carry over until the end of 2021 and after that if you do not use them, gone....
I BET she is selling her reservation on 1 of the dvc rental sights, a flood of them just appeared in the past few weeks when FL announced it was bad. I have dvc and know how to use them. She's obsessed w/ 2 bedroom stays b/c god forbid she has to sleep in a room with her kids & b/c of the higher price they are harder to sell. |

The only dudes Jen is interested in now even slightly are Ben & Jerry.... Girl is in for a RUDE AWAKENING when she decided to date. its entirely online now and full of crazies....Don got majorly lucky ( as did Tens! ) |

something tells me karmachicago got the ol heave ho off tins insta. i bet tins had somewhat of a feeling of who it could be she looks to have done a bit of cleaning up as her follower numbers went down today

I'm glad you all were able to see the crazy changes! I was scared to post I found it. Seemed creepy to me looking at someone else in there. But, these videos are open for everyone to see so there must be a reason, right?
I think they ARE the owners, video man is MARRIED to the listed owner. They have 2 adopted children together thats how I was able to find video guy. They spent what looks to be a very happy Easter at the house having an Easter egg hunt in the yard as a family....
From what a baker said a few pages back, The guy doing the videos is a real estate agent. He is documenting these extensive renovations for business. He is showing that he goes above & beyond for his clients. Many RE agents are also property managers, so, he knows his own home which needs a lot of reno work is an excellent way to document for future jobs. It's not a good look to say it's your own home. He doesn;t even have a truck, he was driving 1 of the laborers trucks to the home depo saying how much he is dedicated to the job for offering to go even in someone elses truck
The rubbermaid bins they were using for the stone demo, those HAVE HAD to have been left there by Jen....Most construction companies use actual trash cans with demo like that - the fact they used those blue bins says there were a TON left there......
I can't believe she left SO MUCH OF HER SHIT at RM1.
Anyway, I'm glad to have brought you all the fireplace on a platter. Lets hope there's more reno videos in the future. |
