    Exactly all of this. Maria Emmerick is scary skinny, but she has some really good recipes, as does Kyndra Holly, and she did well when she was cooking from their cookbooks. She wasn't eating alot of frankenfood and she was eating low carb. I remember that she used to make her own tortillas for tacos. I used the recipe a few times and I really liked the way that they tasted. Good, clean ingredients. Why did she get away from all of that? Laziness? But, you are right, she gained about 20 pounds over a year, once she decided that she couldn't eat dairy (even though she did) and needed to eat the Siete chips.

    The first time that she did ME's protein sparing modified fast they cooked every meal and they both did well on it. The second time they did it they bastardized it. The next year (last year) she was going to do a different one (something skinny fast, I can't remember what it is called) and she only lasted a few days on it and she said that it didn't work for her.

    So, KK, if you want to lose weight, pull out your cookbooks and eat at home.

She doesn’t count the butter or oil she puts on everything.     And she doesn’t walk but once or twice a week MAYBE. All the other days she’s in her butt barely moving. She doesn’t clean or move around her house. She literally sits on her gross couch and vents how the world hates her so much but she’s also a gym expert.

    All of this. She is consuming a lot of "incidental" calories and her fat percentage of all of her calories is way too high for someone eating carbs.

    To show how BAD she comes across, most of the time Paul (the registered sex offender) comes across better than Tracy.

    She is in denial about the results you can get from 3 hours per week. Those video clips that she was showing, those women have their nutrition dialed in (not eating take out every day, not eating high fat along with high carb), and they are lifting 6 days per week, plus walking every day.

    I think that she should go back to strict keto and walking to lose the weight. She should get a personal trainer that will work with her one on one.
    She could up her protein and keep her fat low, that will help her build muscle, but not store fat. I don't know why all of a sudden she thinks that she can eat moderately high fat and moderately high carbs and NOT store the fat? Plus, she really needs to stop eating the seed oils and the other processed foods. If she would go back to cooking and eating food that they make at home, she would probably drop the weight quickly.

    Yeah, Roy had a LOT of skin around his midsection. She doesn't have much loose skin. He lost 100 pounds. At her current 140, that is only 30 pounds less. She would have some loose skin, but it isn't comparable. In the squat video that made her cry, that isn't loose skin that she is seeing. That is belly fat in her midsection. NOT SKIN.

    You are also not going to get stronger when you are doing the move incorrectly. Full range of motion with correct form, then you go up in weight. Not until then.

    Truthfully, I don't think it is the best situation for a beginner. I think a beginner would benefit more from one-on-one personal training, to make sure that their form stays correct through the entire move. If you already knew how to do everything, and you already had good form, having a program written out for you would work.

    Also, that is NOT how she portrayed the situation when they started. She has said repeatedly that they bought a package with a personal trainer. That is not how personal training works. That is more like group fitness.

    I'm not certain that Travis didn't give her macros earlier, but she knows everything. She probably told him that she had the eating dialed in, no issues. He more than likely gave her macros earlier. Not sure, though.

    I agree that she would benefit from one on one training. Basically, what they are doing is like a Power Pump Class. Group weightlifting. Although, in Power Pump everyone is doing the same exercise at the same time, so it is easier to correct form. If I was trying to watch 8 different clients, doing 8 different moves at once, I would surely miss things that I should be seeing.
