Do the kids ever do homework ? Before dinner we always had work to get done. Spelling words, projects, simple reports etc...
I wonder if Jess doesn't bother with it. We know how she felt about virtual learning.

I knew the second the video started she would get out of the birthday party and send David, who again, worked all day, off with Mark and Lucy. As someone posted above, staying home with Nate is like staying home alone.

I think she'll go to the football watch party because remember, she said Saturday night they are getting a babysitter so David can take her to see the Taylor Swift movie She can't do that if she's too "sick" to go to the watch party. She'll half ass her way through that, go on date night, and then some mystery ailment will cause her and Nate and Mark to miss grow groups. And if I were David, no way in HELL would I go see this three hour Taylor Swift movie with her after the complete bitch she was about that movie he was so excited to see this past summer. She is so completely selfish.

I feel like she makes all the passive aggressive remarks about the dog, the rental, etc so Dan can hear. I'm sure her religion frowns upon the wife speaking up or demanding things. This way she gets her point across to Dan (as she has mentioned...he watches all of her videos) without being an ungodly woman or whatever.

In the pictures her mom posted of the kids, is Nate using a SIPPY CUP? It certainly looks like one. It might be a water bottle of some sort that she put his milk in, but it looks a lot like a sippy cup. Those two dumbwits literally refuse to teach that kid anything. In a video not long ago, she talked about putting new foods on her kids' plates, even if they don't eat them, she just wants to expose them to it. Then she said that Nate was throwing the stuff off his plate and onto the floor. Like, what? Why would an 11 year old who had ever been taught a single expectation or manner do that, autism or no?

Did everyone hear her grand plan of getting everyone in the family (besides Nate of course) a bike? She wants a bike for her birthday, in December. I can already see the writing on the wall: she will go on three bike rides to get away from the kids, go on and on about how great it is, how much exercise she is getting, and then she will never get on it again. They've never taught Lucy or Nate to ride bikes. These poor kids don't get to do so many "normal" kid things because Jess, as a SAHM, is literally too lazy to work on any skills with them. If it's not taught in school, the Holley kids just won't learn. At 11 years old, special needs or no, Nate cannot dress himself, bathe himself, or brush his own teeth. He cannot prepare any food on his own. He doesn't do any chores or make his own bed.

Speaking of doing nothing, did you see how she FLEW into the house the instant David got home? Geez, let the man at least come inside and get a drink or use the bathroom before he has to start 100% of the childcare after you rested all day. He picks up the groceries, unloads them I'm sure, and seems to have primary responsibility for childcare in the evenings while Jess throws a pizza in the oven or whips of HelloFresh meals that she likes and David doesn't. What a gem.
