I drink oat milk exclusively and am not gaining weight. The healthfulness of a milk product is individual to each person's dietary needs. I have soy and nut allergies, and can't digest milk well, so oat milk has been a godsend for me. People who are conscious about carb count but do not want to drink animal milk may opt for almond milk, for example. You can't paint everyone with a broad brush.
Oat milk is probably the least of Jenbo's nutritional problems. |
