EPIC day at the Bakery. I had so much adulting to do after work - I just finished reading through this new information and...wow!

Christine - I hope that the frenzied posting won't deter you from continuing to share with us. But please do so on a timeline that works for you (no sarcasm intended).

I am saddened, although unfortunately not surprised, to hear how Jen betrayed Don's trust. I've made mistakes in my past relationships (ex: I cheated) but that really is on a different level.

I hope that Don and the kids get into therapy. That is a lot to deal with. A relationship with a pathological narcissist creates deep wounds.

I literally gagged looking at that fish.

That's fish? Looks like some kind of Southern style casserole.

What she is showing you is not typical Texas landscapes. Their “ranch” isn’t a typical Texas Ranch. It’s the scrub land that no one wants. I hate to see how she represents Texas. Yes, there are many ranches where you can pay to hunt but not like the one she represents. It’ breaks your heart to see this kind of business of theirs, the entire family are wannabes. No respected rancher would be involved with them.

Agreed. My family owns around 800 acres in South Texas that we reserve part of for hunting. We have a few hunters who have leases with us that regulate when they have access to the property and guidelines on what animals can be hunted. The other part of the land is set up as a protected reserve and we have to track several species of (primarily native) animals.

This family's version of ranching disgusts me.

Wow, I’m feeling all my feelings about this. All the memories: all of the holiday “parties”, the craptice, the mysterious yellow doll room, all going away.

I never did see the yellow doll room. #sadlynolongeravailable

Just found it on Compass. Someone should run that listing through spell check. Yikes.

Seriously! I found that to be quite odd since I was viewing a different listing in that area that didn't have those kinds of errors.

The kids probably DO know not to touch cardboard packages, because it’s always for her! She doesn’t want them touching her stuff. She sees the EC box and lets it sit because she actually has to do something with it once it’s open. Lazylikejen

    Nailed it!

We had nasty weather this morning in East Texas and had to shelter for a bit but all is fine.

Hope all my fellow Bakers stay safe! Please update us!

    Per her latest IG post:

She filled chocolate bunnies with 'moose' but should have filled them with alcohol instead.

Jen won't ever be happy unless she gets some real psychological help.

No matter what she reads, how much weight she loses, how many bins crammed with stuff she owns, no matter how many children she has or if she is married or not, no matter what books she reads or quotes she can spew, no matter how many followers she accumulates, or how much money she has in the bank, the root of the problem is mental and will follow her everywhere.

The kicker is that Jen has to really engage in order for therapy to be truly beneficial.

She has always been more interested in who she is supposed to be as a means to 'fix' herself. I dont get the impression that she is willing to really dig into the deeper cause(s) of her behavior.

She might be facing the first point in her life where no one is encouraged and/or enabling her.

Her floors look disgusting in the IG photo she shared. How does she walk barefoot in that. Gross!

    Beta status was like :hearty-laugh:

Says she is not moving anytime soon. Ignored at least 4 questions about marriage counseling. My favourite (ignored question) was when someone asked if Don was dating, how she would feel about the kids meeting his new lady and if she missed being doted on by Don.

Edited to add: Someone asked if she recommended Xanax. That was pretty good too.

She's so addicted to doing the live show every day. It’s sad in a way. She’s almost giddy to see her ‘friends’ online that build her up like her shit don't stink (pardon my french). I tap tap my way through the lives as they don’t end fast enough. Nobody has time to watch that! She needs an intervention.

    For a minute there I thought I was in Tikka's forum. :b_wink:

So her Lake house ( Attached townhouse) is in a resort community next to Marble Falls TX - 6000 population... 2 hours from home
Only one grocery and one Wal-Mart- it’s really small
But remember last summer every single dinner they ate at the clubhouse
Are restaurants still open in Texas??

Drive through and curbside pick up only in Texas.

I thought Jen liked snow? I guess after the equinox, it's unacceptable. Not seasonally appropriate.
