I can’t stand a poser-seriously stop the facade Tikka, it’s nauseating. I can always tell when the stuff is fact because she quickly pans to it and back so you can’t focus on it. Any speculation what brand she collabed with?
This totally reminded me earlier when she talked about the goose tenny shoes when she was cleaning up her living room on IG stories one day. This was MONTHS ago, maybe a year, idk but she was storying how she tidy's up a room & she purposely placed those tenny shoes w/a shoe holder or whatever it's called. It was clearly something she had placed carefully in a shoe holder in her closet & then ran to get it so she could strategically place it in that room for her "clean up" vid to show off the shoes. It was hilarious. |

| | In San Antonio (maybe even all of Texas) we get two checks from the buyer, one for the option period (usually 7 days for them to get inspections done) & then one that is made out to the title company & held there that goes towards their down payment and/or closing costs. When the title company gets the checks they send everyone a receipt of their checks it's part of the contract. It is not uncommon at all for an agent to pick up the checks to get them where they need to be. Either the agent picks them up or the title company rep picks them up. |
