I can't believe she talked about coveting the tiny house. That house is excessively large! She is going to have a hard time cleaning it by herself.

I hate the bathroom with the "bowl" sink. That would drive me crazy.

I googled some of the other houses on her street, and some of them are actually cute. There were a few that looked very Cinderella's castle-ish, which has to appeal to her sensibilities.

I thought for sure she would buy in the 500 to 650 range. 800 seems over the top, even for Jen.

I'm not a fan of those type of sinks either. I picture them to be messy. My husband and I have been looking at houses and we're really not too picky, but a sink like that we would change.

Give us 3 photos and we will find the house !
    :thumbs-up:

How on earth?! You guys are good! Was it one of the homes you'd linked?

I guess I don’t get the whole “living on a golf course” thing. The last thing I would want if I was in my backyard with my dog is a bunch of old farts with martinis swinging their stick at a small ball on a Saturday morning.

My friend from college grew up in a house near a golf course. Her house used to get hit with golf balls, and there were dozens of golf balls at the bottom of her pool! No thanks.

How degrading must it have felt for Don to be banished to the basement in a house that HE PAID FOR?

Jen should have been crashing in a sleeping bag on the cold gym floor with nothing but her mop dog to keep her warm.

He could've slept in the guest room, but either wanted to be far from Jen or she wouldn't allow him anywhere but the basement.

I remember her laundry room video from years back, with bins of crap stacked to the ceiling. I wonder if she went through all that stuff and how much she donated or trashed.

I still can’t believe that they never did a single thing to that damn fireplace. A little German Schmear (I know) would gave at the very least made it tolerable. It would have cost less than $100 and a day’s work to get it done. The fact that she wouldn’t have even had to do it herself makes it even MORE astounding. Vincente could have had that thing looking spiffier in 24-48 hours.

That would've made such a difference in the family room. Her house was so dark during the tour. Did she turn any lights on?

Don was definitely living in the basement for a while. That's my only take home so far lol.

That's what I thought when I saw the mattress and the dresser. Why did she get rid of her vanity?

Its a shame Jen didn't really buy any expensive classic bags..all she bought as an 1%er was fugly LV and Coach bags. Should have bought some Chanel or Hermes. Personally I have never bought a bag for more than $100 though.

I agree. My personal cap was $300, but I always felt guilty for spend to that amount or (yikes) going over it. Now I just carry a "Friends of the public library" tote as I can wash it in the washing machine during our Covid times. I am so over the whole handbag thing. I think it is really very silly, actually.

I remember spending $88 on a Fossil bag years ago and felt like that was too much! 🤣

I’m in the South. Most people down here are totally over the social distancing for better or worse - and our numbers going up & up demonstrate this.

Same here where i am in the south. I was the only one in a mask when I got lunch other than the workers. Nobody in my office wears a mask and they say it's all bullcrap. When I go to walmart most do not have masks on it's probably 30% masks. All the workers have their mask below their chins. I'm personally not taking chances I will continue to wear the mask.

My friend recently traveled to Kentucky and Tennessee. She said most of the people in KY wore masks, but none in TN. She kept her distance!

I’m only literally less than a minute in.

God forbid anyone goes to work for the day and leaves their dog at home for 8 hours - how incredibly cruel we all are to leave our homes to go to work and our dog has to stay at home all on their lonesome.

The mop has severe separation anxiety. Gnaws her paws and *gasp* messes up her doo. :5153:

I think Winnie's messing up her fur annoyed Jen. Yet she won't brush Charlotte's hair. And she let her attend a class meeting with her hair all messy! It would take a minute to brush it and put it in a ponytail or a braid.

EC's PR team must absolutely rubbish. Why would they agree to that article being published. What serious PR professional would have read what they quoted her saying and OKed it to go out?

I was enraged when I read it and glad that Jen called out EC. We're all making sacrifices during this time. These privileged kids first claimed to be having a BLM march because they wanted to get together to celebrate their graduation. What parent would think that's okay during a pandemic and then talk to the media about it?! Boggles my mind.

Takes me all day to get there.

Ha! 11 pm for me means bra off, in bed, not caring what I look like. I saw Jen's IG video and I'm glad she called out EC for being so irresponsible. We're in a global pandemic with 100,000 plus dead. Sorry your privileged kids had to miss their traditional high school graduation. Also, it looked to me like she was possibly wearing a bathrobe? I just saw her recent IG story and she said they're in the new home now.

Packing yourself is not doing it on your own Jen

Until you are moving a dresser up and down the stairs with a friend, then we can talk. But sorting through your personal hoard is what the 99% do when they move...

The 99% also have their friends help them carry a sofa up tight stairwells. You might have a friend who keeps saying "Pivot!"

Laken has like three or four planners and she can’t remember to brush her teeth. She is naaaaasty.

I wonder if she writes in time to throw her cat. 🤔 Remember how nasty her shower was too? If you're giving an apartment your, make sure it's clean first.

I see. I have that issue myself. Are you in stem?

My masters I got last month is technically a STEM degree by classification but it’s a hybrid. My boyfriend calls me Tracy Flick and I got the superlative “does all the work in the group project.” 😂

    Congratulations, Delta! 👩‍🎓🎉🥳

It’s also undergrad and she went to a very good high school where she was likely taught how to write papers and study and get good grades. And idk, an A- average isn’t that impressive to me.

3.85 and 3.75 are straight A. A- is 3.7. Not good enough for Phi Beta Kappa. She strikes me as an airhead on a number of levels. If she's a straight A student in all classes at a competitive school there must be a lot of grade inflation. I just think she has an average IQ. I can easily picture her highlighting the whole book with all different shades of highlighters though. I can picture her studying. I just don't see the native intelligence though.

If she supposedly lies about stuff like taking birth control to her own husband why would she not embellish her grades to her "friends" on social media?

I'm also a UMass Amherst alumni, but not the same year as Jen. It's not a hard school to get into. I Googled the acceptance rate and it's currently at 57.6%. I transferred over from a junior college so I didn't have to worry about ACT or SAT scores.

looks like the floor in the current home to me :D

with how crazy she is with her possessions I'm guessing there are some things the movers were NOT allowed to touch. if Charlotte and Donny can't touch the books do you think she'll let some random person box up those precious things? hell no! all the important things will be boxed up by Jen and Jen only

That would make sense as to why she’s posting from the home previously known as Ross Manor, and also explain why it hasn’t been listed yet. Jen is dragging her feet packing up her “collections”, and wasting tons of time filming crap while she should be getting the hoard out of there.

I wonder if she's got a POD sitting in her driveway! Would her HOA allow that though?

I agree. I was just being feisty. But, she might consider going. I think maybe what's bothering me is that this woke persona has come at no personal cost. There is so much pain behind the BLM movement. And, the fact that she closes her eyes and talks in a whisper doesn't convince me that she has empathy. I don't know what rock she's been living under, but it's like this is the first time she's ever heard about this. She even says in her BLM video, that the other videos she has ready to post (eg that Favorites) was before all of this. There is no before all of this.

This would necessitate her going outside. And wearing a <gasp> mask. And we all know her feelings on that.

I told my husband about Jen's comment about being "triggered" by the mask. He rolled his eyes and called her a freaking snowflake!
