The main thing to remember is that forgetfullness is a one of the main symptoms.

Totally OTT-it’s so nice to hear this. I’m going through the menopause right now (just saw my gyno today for hormones) and I feel like I’m losing my marbles.

I decorated our house for fall & Halloween yesterday since it was October 1st.
As I was putting out all the decor, I thought about Jen & wondered how much seasonal decorating was going on in the Ross household.
It makes me rage-y thinking about how much she decorated for all the different holidays BEFORE she had kids vs. how little holiday-decorating she does now that she actually has kids.
I put a cotton spider web-thing w/ some plastic spiders in my kids' bathroom, &, today, my son noticed me adjusting the fall stuff on the kitchen table & said, "Hey! I like those spiders in our bathroom!"

I decorated a few weeks ago and let my 3 year old daughter help. I told her that any decor I put on the coffee table was stuff she could play with and she's been having fun with it. I have some fake leaves from Dollar Tree and she's been tossing those in the air and "raking" them.
I might have to dive into a Jen video. She's been so boring lately that I haven't bothered to check out her videos.Holy Moses, I missed a whole thread AND you're 1/3 through the next one? What happened?!

.Great title! Jen has some serious body issues. I do as well. But Jen takes it to an entirely new level. There are some decent female swimming bottoms that are almost the length of short shorts that she can buy. The outfit she had on actually does the opposite of what she wants. It will draw attention to her because people will wonder who the loon is in the 1920's getup!
I bought some new swimwear after giving birth, and I prefer bottoms with a skirt. It doesn't even hit my knees, but I feel more covered. Jen's seriously got some body issues and I feel bad for her, but I really hope she won't pass this onto Charlotte. That little girl is perfect just the way she is and I don't want Jen making any comments about her daughter's body.
As for the long sleeved top and the pants that Jen got - wouldn't she be roasting in those?!My fiancé has a big family and they all talk non-stop. There is no way I could spend a month with them.
My in laws are great, but FIL watches Fox News (aka Faux News) and I'm pretty sure is a Republican. There's no talking politics in that house, lol. I can take a couple of days, but a month? Not a chance.
Not only weird, but selfish. It's Jen time with the animals. How dare Charlotte or Donny want to see the pigs, chickens, etc. with their mom. -

I can't remember the title of it, but it was a Nicholas Sparks book that my husband's grandma loaned me a few years back when we went to North Carolina to visit her. About 90% of the way through the book, I wanted to recreate the scene from Silver Linings Playbook where Bradley Cooper throws the book through the window. I only wished that I'd known how the near-ending would badly suck and could've saved myself from reading it. Besides, Nicholas Sparks is a freaking depressing writer!I always said I would never get an e- reader and loved reading physical books. Fast forward to not wanting to waste money on books I might hate or lugging books back and forth to the library as I get older. I love downloaded books and my Paperwhite. If you hate it just delete it.
Don't get me started on the horrible pet parent that asshat has been to poor Winnie. I'm sitting here waiting for the vet to call and say my 15 yr old cockapoo and 13 year old Bichon are done with their $2000 (combined)teeth cleanings. And I have 3 more doggies still to go.

Same here! My mom received a Kindle for Christmas several years ago and I finally used it one day to preview a chapter of a book I was considering purchasing. I was hooked, lol. But I do still love holding a physical book in my hands. The good thing about the Kindle/Nook is that you can just toss it into a bag when going on vacation and not have to lug around a lot of books (like I did as a kid!)
I still can't believe a vet went along with Jen's insane plan of not shaving Winnie's belly, but there are also vets who will still declaw a cat, no matter how cruel it is, and how damaging it can be to the animal.

And the maybe this wouldn't have happened bit. No, it almost certainly would not have happened. Big difference. She acts like it's an unavoidable complication instead of an intentional choice to contaminate the surgical site by not following procedure. This was bound to happen.
The other details are hazy for me. I want to say she couldn't even find a vet in their area to do this, so she brought Winnie back to the breeder in Wisconsin to have it done, because that lady knew someone? And then Jen and Don went on vacation while Winnie was operated on? Again, I could have some of this part wrong. I don't mean to be fake news. But it sounds like her.
I'm always on my own mental hamster wheel about where she falls on the Youtube ass scale. Sometimes she doesn't seem that bad compared to others. Those are the times when I'm forgetting these blogs posts. 😒
Am actually glad that she prefers breeders. No shelter or rescue dog needs Jen. A lot of those dogs have been to hell and back and require extra patience and understanding. Obviously. Jen will never possess those qualities, and she doesn't want a dog for the sake of the *dog* having a good life. She would get a shelter dog that's already been dumped once, decide he wasn't progressing fast enough (ironic), and re-traumatize him by sending him back like one of her Amazon orders.
I know she hasn't actually done what I just said, but I think she's fully capable of it, and it's making me mad even in theory.
She just doesn't deserve the kind of love dogs give their people because she doesn't have their best interests in mind.
Wow, she is a huge piece of shit! I am so upset to learn how she has treated her dog. My dog, Charlie Brown, is everything to me.

FreeCC, your dog is adorable! Give him some hugs and belly rubs for me! I miss having a dog. Mine passed away five years ago when he was almost 16. He lived a long, happy life and was loved and gave a lot of love in return. I'm so glad I have my two cats now, because for me, a house isn't complete without pets! -

Loved the Jen of 2012-2014 ... she definitely did make it seem like being a stay-at-home-wife was the best gig in the world
My favorite vlogs to watch are from 2012. She let the crazy hang out and didn't care much about what people said. Then Tosh happened, and whatever happened with the poop hitting the fan, and now she's too protective and edited about what she says and does. -

I'm LOLing at the "Aunt Becky" part. I am a UMass Amherst grad, but not the same year as Jen. I was an honor society member so I was accepted. The acceptance rate is 59.7% as of 2016-2017. -

I grew up listening to 80s hair band rock in the car.
My daughter is listening to Les Miserables, lol. It's my favorite show and I have the soundtrack on a lot. She loves "Castle on a Cloud." She listens to kids music at home (stuff on Disney Jr) but in the car, I control the show! A little pop, country, alternative...it's all good! -

Catching up on the posts and I tried to watch Jen's doubt video. I made it about ten minutes in and then just turned the sound off. I can't with this woman's navel gazing and obsession with talking about herself. I feel bad for her kids. -

I like Jen's hair cut! I'm just as bad about maintaining the magic the stylist has done. My go-to is a ponytail!
