YouTube has turned off ability for watchers to leave comments on channels of families that have children in their videos. Safety reasons. Somehow Jens channel is still flying under the radar for the past few months.

I watch a lot of families that RV full time and they’ve all been hit. It sucks. They’ve done nothing wrong. Just a stance YT took but apparently not across the board or evenly.

Once in a while I click on She's in Her Apron and she's still getting comments too. She's got 3 underage kids shown in her videos.

Noelle, totally agree that Jen should be nowhere near a rescue.

I am also now totally convinced that Jen did use To Train Up a Child as her dog-training manual, minus the plumbing wire.

I'm surprised she didn't use the blanket training method on the kids too!

I once threw a book in the dumpster, that how bad it was.

It was Desperation by Stephen King, just in case anyone is curious.

I can't remember the title of it, but it was a Nicholas Sparks book that my husband's grandma loaned me a few years back when we went to North Carolina to visit her. About 90% of the way through the book, I wanted to recreate the scene from Silver Linings Playbook where Bradley Cooper throws the book through the window. I only wished that I'd known how the near-ending would badly suck and could've saved myself from reading it. Besides, Nicholas Sparks is a freaking depressing writer!

I always said I would never get an e- reader and loved reading physical books. Fast forward to not wanting to waste money on books I might hate or lugging books back and forth to the library as I get older. I love downloaded books and my Paperwhite. If you hate it just delete it.

Don't get me started on the horrible pet parent that asshat has been to poor Winnie. I'm sitting here waiting for the vet to call and say my 15 yr old cockapoo and 13 year old Bichon are done with their $2000 (combined)teeth cleanings. And I have 3 more doggies still to go.

I get irrationally angry with Jen almost everytime I think about her stupidity.

Same here! My mom received a Kindle for Christmas several years ago and I finally used it one day to preview a chapter of a book I was considering purchasing. I was hooked, lol. But I do still love holding a physical book in my hands. The good thing about the Kindle/Nook is that you can just toss it into a bag when going on vacation and not have to lug around a lot of books (like I did as a kid!)

I still can't believe a vet went along with Jen's insane plan of not shaving Winnie's belly, but there are also vets who will still declaw a cat, no matter how cruel it is, and how damaging it can be to the animal. :(

Why the fuck is everything a goddamned journey?! You're reading a fucking book, the only journey you took was to Barnes & Fucking Noble. Jesus christ that pisses me off.

I doubt she actually went to the store. She ordered that crap online! ;)

Why does she need to finish a book she obviously hates. What a waste of time.

Exactly! I'll give a book one, maybe two chapters, and if I can't get into it, I go onto another one. Why finish a book you hate, unless it was for school and you had to do a report on it?

Thanks, ICR. I remember reading the part a long time ago about "I feel responsible". Yes. Yes, it's entirely your fault. Yours and the idiot vet's.

And the maybe this wouldn't have happened bit. No, it almost certainly would not have happened. Big difference. She acts like it's an unavoidable complication instead of an intentional choice to contaminate the surgical site by not following procedure. This was bound to happen.

The other details are hazy for me. I want to say she couldn't even find a vet in their area to do this, so she brought Winnie back to the breeder in Wisconsin to have it done, because that lady knew someone? And then Jen and Don went on vacation while Winnie was operated on? Again, I could have some of this part wrong. I don't mean to be fake news. But it sounds like her.

I'm always on my own mental hamster wheel about where she falls on the Youtube ass scale. Sometimes she doesn't seem that bad compared to others. Those are the times when I'm forgetting these blogs posts. 😒

Am actually glad that she prefers breeders. No shelter or rescue dog needs Jen. A lot of those dogs have been to hell and back and require extra patience and understanding. Obviously. Jen will never possess those qualities, and she doesn't want a dog for the sake of the *dog* having a good life. She would get a shelter dog that's already been dumped once, decide he wasn't progressing fast enough (ironic), and re-traumatize him by sending him back like one of her Amazon orders.

I know she hasn't actually done what I just said, but I think she's fully capable of it, and it's making me mad even in theory. :tearing-hair: She just doesn't deserve the kind of love dogs give their people because she doesn't have their best interests in mind.

Wow, she is a huge piece of shit! I am so upset to learn how she has treated her dog. My dog, Charlie Brown, is everything to me.
Here he is excited about carrots from our garden. Which I swear my partner plants just for him every year ❤

FreeCC, your dog is adorable! Give him some hugs and belly rubs for me! :) I miss having a dog. Mine passed away five years ago when he was almost 16. He lived a long, happy life and was loved and gave a lot of love in return. I'm so glad I have my two cats now, because for me, a house isn't complete without pets!

Hope Jen isn’t at Target. Their checkout registers are down around the country.

My good friend was unfortunately at Target and found out after she had an entire cart full of items!

    Great title!

I’m not sure I could pick which Jen annoys me the most. Girl has more identities than an international spy. 🕵️‍♀️

Jen Ross, 007. Woman of mystery! She's like a chameleon and can adapt to any personality she wants. It's definitely the acting genes from her mom's side of the family.

All of the versions of Jen since she got pregnant have been my least favorite.
Loved the Jen of 2012-2014 ... she definitely did make it seem like being a stay-at-home-wife was the best gig in the world

My favorite vlogs to watch are from 2012. She let the crazy hang out and didn't care much about what people said. Then Tosh happened, and whatever happened with the poop hitting the fan, and now she's too protective and edited about what she says and does.

I always say that Don and Jen are basically like two elderly roommates. I think that The Golden Girls were livelier and had more chemistry than those two do.

And we all know that Blanche had better hair and shoes than Jennifer does.

Hell, Sophia had better hair and shoes than Jen!

At least she’s acknowledged that she has never given any evidence of her Art History degree. I think she’s never shown any indication that she’s been in one college level course, let alone 120+ credit hours worth.

I’m guessing her parents/family pulled an Aunt Becky and paid her way into college? NYU and UMass are generally selective.

I'm LOLing at the "Aunt Becky" part. I am a UMass Amherst grad, but not the same year as Jen. I was an honor society member so I was accepted. The acceptance rate is 59.7% as of 2016-2017.

My kids are going to need a therapist more than Jen does because I let them read whatever the hell they want year round.

I saw the "seasonal book basket" on IG and just had to roll my eyes. Meanwhile my daughter has an Easter and Christmas book on her bookshelf somewhere. Jen would pass out if she saw that.

Good point. :) I always thought it was funny that she kept those on her bookshelf, at the ready, when she seems like more of a Superfudge girl.

Tales of a 36 year old Nothing?

Otherwise Known as Jennifer the Great?

Is it normal to let your kids pick the music in the car???? That's a hard no. Sorry baby.. you will listen to Biggie

When you're afraid of your children it is. I'd love to see CC give Mama hell for choosing Drake (a previous car music of choice) over Mary Poppins.

I grew up listening to 80s hair band rock in the car. :embarrassed-smile-smiley-emotic

My daughter is listening to Les Miserables, lol. It's my favorite show and I have the soundtrack on a lot. She loves "Castle on a Cloud." She listens to kids music at home (stuff on Disney Jr) but in the car, I control the show! A little pop, country, alternative...it's all good!

Catching up on the posts and I tried to watch Jen's doubt video. I made it about ten minutes in and then just turned the sound off. I can't with this woman's navel gazing and obsession with talking about herself. I feel bad for her kids.

I like Jen's hair cut! I'm just as bad about maintaining the magic the stylist has done. My go-to is a ponytail!

If I have time later I might dive into Jen's video about doubt. Mind numbingly boring or full of snark?

    What is she purging tomorrow?
Are we getting a mudroom video?

My laptop died and I'm using my husband's now, so I really have to catch up. Was the pantry purge worth watching? I also have to watch the Vegas vlog - was that worth the time too?

Why must the kids be fully dressed to open baskets or even on Christmas morning? We never were fully dressed, including shoes, when we opened our baskets. Can't they do anything spontaneous?

My daughter woke me up at 5:30 and wanted to see her Easter basket. I figured why not, lol, and hubby and I let her dig in. She loved it! Jen needs to lighten up.

Did we talk about this sheep scarf? Why does she own this? It looks like a onesie for a newborn. Perhaps I just answered my question.

Also, I will send her money to buy a new white purse. The one she has is so dingy and Payless-y. Like something a mom gives her 7-year-old daughter to play with after she's sick of it.

Jen had purchased a cute white crocheted style handbag several year ago. I believe the company no longer exists, but it had numbers in the title. She should've saved that and gotten rid of the dingy looking bag!
