| She really thinks she's special. Her trash never stinks, all she needs to clean her house is water. Does she really think germs, bacteria and Virus are not coming into Ross Manor 2.0?
She won't admit it, but I think the cleaning ladies are back or will be very soon. You cannot keep a clean house, especially with 2 pre-schoolers, with only water. |

| No one cares how big her butt is except her. She is the one who makes it an issue. Even at her heaviest, she looked ok. But, she was uncomfortable and wore nothing but hoodies and black leggings.
If the old house never felt like hers, why is she changing everything in the new house to replicate it? |

| I like to look at real estate listings. So I tried to view Ross Manor objectively.
For $1.5 million, that house has no identity. The updates have been done with no cohesive plan. None of the light fixtures seem right for the house. It is still half brown southwest and half gray/ white IG influence. Why bother to update the kids bath and leave the master bath and craptice bath as is?
Why leave the dated projection TV and ugly brown recliners in the basement? I bet they are trying to sell the pool table with the house. |

| The outside of the "new" house is so ugly. Big boxes with mismatched windows. No curb appeal at all.
I love gray&white decor, but that house is too much. It will look outdated in 5 years. A little glam and glitz is nice, but that whole house looks like a 17-year- olds bedroom.
If she bought all new white furniture, it will be a mess with 2 pre-schoolers.
I don't see her putting in a pool. Too much work, she couldn't keep up with the hot tub. |

I love gray and white, but that entire house will be outdated in 10 years. And we know Jen procrastinates on house projects. She will not decorate like the listing pics and all the furniture will will be too heavy and brown.
