.You guys, what if Don is moving further away and is seeking custody of the kids? Is that even possible with court docs being set in place from the divorce, or is child custody reviewed every year? 🧐
It depends, if custody is spelt out in the final divorce decree, then they would have to file a new agreement to change it, both parties agreeing to it and then in some states the court has to approve it. Maybe all states. I think if one parent really only wants the child support cash, the other probably would not be able to file for full custody, regardless of how the money is spent. Shame that Gene does not seem to spend anything on her kids and everything on herself and it will stay that way until Donny ages out of the agreement. Unless she really decides the van life is for her, put the mausoleum up for sale and voluntarily gives over custody, but even then, the agreement must be on paper and probably approved by the court. Unless Gene find some very wealthy, very elderly man (with no adult children to contest his will ) to marry her and leave her so rich she can’t spend it all, those kids are her paycheck for the next 6 or so years. He would need to be blind, deaf, and stupid to let her near him, she needs to find an oil barron or cattle king. Move to Texas, Gene. -

They have a cousin(?) who married after marriage equality. Perhaps that’s the wedding you are thinking of? Jen has a weekend vlog somewhere of it. Jeff was married before Jen was on YouTube.

When she was doing DITL, MHWL, etc., the titles content creator and influencer were not being used. She was just a vlogger. And a blogger. Then OLJ came into being, she was more of an influencer. Then PNL with all her seasonal and monthly favorites plus her empties, she was an influencer, but never like the Kardashians or other celebs. Now she is just a mentally confused sloth. -

How long is Don supposed to wait for a new relationship? People bitch about tte custody arrangements, now he is perhaps starting a new relationship too soon. Maybe he has a GF but has kept it from his kids? Maybe he had her since he moved out a year and a half ago. Maybe he has found someone who loves him and his kids, and is happy. Why are so many against him having a relationship?

Adoption records can be sealed as can divorces. But property information is public. Marriage licenses are, too in many states. -

Spending $800K on a house is hardly a bluff, unless she thought somehow he would move back i to RM1and invite her and she could sell the mausoleum for more than she paid, immediate. Then he answered her filing with his own. Then she kaled herself into thinness and forced her way into the Ross family vacation. He ignored her the whole time. She has failed miserably, but she got exactly what she wanted for years. Too bad it did not work out, Gene. Instead of acting the fool, why not actually start a new life. Bring a lot of color i to your home, something cheerful. Learn how to cook more than vomit eggs, vomit chick peas, grilled cheese m and fake vegan treats. Tackle your craft room, make it something you want to go in and create things. Unload all the bins on or better yet, take them all to a charity. Because you have not looked at them in years, it is plain to see you do not need anything in them. Stop buying things you never use. Show your children you love them but interacting with them every day they are with you. If your EX husband has moved on or if he has not, he is your EX husband, the only thing you need to be concerned with is that he takes care of his children when they are with him. The fact that he pays you support, that is nice, bit you can not keep spending it all on yourself. Take the kids on a nice trip, drive somewhere to fun. Or use your DVC points and take them to WDW. Lots and lots of “solo mama” take their kids places, museums, parks, beaches, theme parks, etc. You can do it, too.
Who am I kidding, she will never change. She is a shrew and when the support ends, the kids will be gone, she better hope her nest egg will support the 10K a month she spends. I want to see a Hoarders episode staring her home. I want Charlotte and Donny there hauling everything out while she wails. -
