I say if she were to simply add sleep onto her workout stack (as if she’s some elite athlete now) then she’d be killing the sleep game.
I know at least 1 of the Peloton instructors (a stroke survivor who uses it more for general heart rate monitoring) has that ring and that may have been research enough for her 🤣 |
