    I've had clients like Lisa and the only way to handle them is keep raising prices far above the average price. When you've finally had it, then send them packing.

    He does and needed it long ago. I've seen some people on you tube that vlog their journey thru underbite surgery and they all seem to do quite well.

    I'm convinced that her mom is just like lisa with all the same compulsions and disorders. John G and John D just put up with them while the other Jon, (God rest his soul), escaped to have some normal years.
