My husband is still in the unit on a vent, they tried to wean him yesterday and he did ok on Bipap last nite, but they tried to wean him off that this morning and he tried to crash on them, he is back on the vent, I had one brief face time with him, but he was so sedated he really didn’t know it was me. Once again, he is not covid positive, he has pneumonia and sepsis, he was in septic shock, I have had some really great nurses and one that was so so. The really great one, called me several times a day with updates. She called this morning with the news that they had to re-intubated and even though I already knew it, I just about lost it. Our hospital has a patient portal that allows me to see his meds and the fact that his respiratory status changed from Bipap to vent. Still can’t be there, I sincerely hope for their sakes these two self absorbed idiots aren’t faced with a loved one admitted and no in person contact. I have slept maybe 6 hours since the 14th. I even tried pulling in favors from physicians and nurse practitioners that I worked with previously. The ONLY way I get in, is if he is dying. Until you live it, you won’t understand it. Waiting on my final call for the night, then as long as things are stable, I won’t get another one until 6-6:30 am. This makes for long days and even longer nights. I can’t be with my sister, our daughter lives in Birmingham, our grandson lives in Montgomery. There is one bright light, Steven, our grandson has officially graduated from high school and has a full ride scholarship from the 2 year school he wants to attend and a $24000 scholarship offer from Mississippi State(both schools offer a degree in IT Security). So please say a prayer for my husband and one for me not to lose my patience and storm my way into the hospital. Have a good nite ladies. 🙏🏻 -

Well, I had to drop my husband at the ER, I was not allowed to be with him, he has pneumonia along with a myriad of other health issues. I found out over the phone that they were intubating him and moving him to critical care. No it’s not COVID, that was negative. He had to face this alone, I can’t even go into the hospital. Now, keepin mind as a former worker at this facility, I have the door codes that would let me into the ER, I was afraid the robo cop would tackle me, he was an ass. I know more about how he reacts to meds better than anyone and I have been denied access. I know the ER provider that admitted him, he called me and honestly, he was worried. So if something happens, my husband will die alone, and it is the fault of people that fail to recognize the severity of this illness. He has only been to his doctors office and to outpatient procedures since this crap hit. It isn’t directly infecting my spouse, but it is affecting both of us. Lemons, STAY YOUR CRUDDY ASS AT HOME BEFORE YOU GET INFECTED AND SPREAD IT AROUND. -

The HOA fees may cover lawn maintenance, my brother in laws HOA does the lawn upkeep in their community outside FT Belvoir , VA. -

The kids live classes overlap so they switch off. They can’t use her laptop or Paige’s because the kids will mess it up. Complaining about the kids acting up during video chats. She doesn’t care if the kids just stare at the book, as long as they don’t interrupt her video editing. Tablets during lunch, again so they don’t bother her. She reheats dinner every night, again so the kids don’t ruin her videos.
She’s making it very apparent that having her kids around is a burden. Now is the time to low and nurture your kids. This a crisis. They’re scared. They miss school. You’re so lucky that you’re able to work from home right now. People have to chose between losing their jobs or risking their health to work.
She’s still saying “house guest.” Why even mention it if it is a secret?
Also she admits that her vet recommended added chicken to her dog food. The rest of the shit she learned from the internet.
Didn’t Rose and Pearl get ipads for Christmas? Can they not do the class room stuff on those. I have a laptop and since my Samsung tablet died, an iPad, I use it more than my laptop nowadays. -

When Lemonade lived in the old house, all of the kids did their own laundry. Those paper plates need to go, it doesn’t take 5 minutes to wash up a dish, especially if you clean as you go, and don’t use 12 different pans to make one freaking meal.
