Theres no way i would even pay half that amount for that house. Its hideous on the outside!

I'd pay $800k in a heartbeat over paying $1.6M for their other one.

A lot of times you pay for a location. Maybe it's a coveted area. And if she has the money she can do some work on the outside.

I haven't watched the video but is she trying to get sympathy having to pack herself? Are we to believe that she buys a $800k five bedroom house. Afterwards taking four months spending untold thousands changing things to her specifications and then suddenly ran out of money to hire packers? No way.

Unless she showed a time lapse video showing her packing up the house (maybe she did) I don't buy she packed up that house. But if she did, her choice. She had the money to hire packers. Commonfolk, like myself, can afford packers. Suddenly 1% Jen cannot? Fat chance.

I never watched the last day vlog. Haven't watched vids in quite a while. I'm half way through and this bish is acting like someone put a 3 day eviction notice on her door and she had to suddenly move. She bought her house in February. She could have been decuttering and packing her shit for months!

It's called being lazy af. Depending on the distance, I would have been moving little things over in the meantime. This hag has never known a solid day's work.

Smart of Don to leave her ass. She lost her looks big time (he's too young to be saddled with wicked witch). She is insufferable. She is lazy. She is morose. She is a hermit. She is neurotic. Isn't informed. Talks like an annoying child. And the nail in the coffin, she probably stopped putting out. No wonder he bounced straight to Tinder.

She wants sympathy for the divorce. But she is never going get it unless she tells the real reasons behind the divorce.

She has said nothing about the divorce, and that’s her choice. But people are going to fill-in-the-blanks themselves then, and things look pretty peachy for her right now.

I wouldn't believe a word she says at this point about the divorce. Even if Don made a video corroborating everything she said I would still be skeptical thinking it was some sort if settlement they agreed on. She sees everything through a "Jen lens" which is highly, highly distorted.

Agreed. She is a known liar. Girl wouldn't know truth if it came wrapped in berry-approved container. I'm here for the pics. Couldn't care less what she has to say.

I agree, WhatDoWeCallThis. I find some of the rooms in her new house to be tacky. It will look horribly outdated in a few years. I still don't understand why she moved. At first I assumed she wanted to downsize. That made sense. But seeing the new place confuses me. Just as big. None of her furniture will look good there. The old place fit her style more. And we all knew her struggling single mom schtick was BS but the fact that she's had the nerve to try to paint herself as the sole provider for her children as her soon-to-be ex bought her an $800,000 house is disgusting.

Fit her style meaning boring? Because there was nothing special about the layout of her old house at all. What was it that you saw and said, "Oh I wish I had that. She is so lucky". Nothing I could see. At all.

To each his own. I love the layout of this new house and I don't find it dated because I like walls. Makes rooms, rooms. Rooms to walk into not just one huge space with only rugs to delineate separation. the steps between the living room and family room are fun element. Her family room layout is ideal for me. Open enough but I don't have to look at the kitchen when I am relaxing. One huge miss for me is I don't like the bathroom in the middle of room in the basement. Rather odd location. And the wet bar in the family room screams "Doing too much, interior designer". Sometimes less is more.

I would have fun decorating her new house. You actually have walls to hang interesting artwork on. Now all that white would have to go because I like warmth in a home not modern starkness.

Other than her hideous exterior, her house is my ideal. I am quite envious. But that is my taste. I look at an open floor plan and my soul bleeds. You guys look at her house and see old 80s crap. Understood. We all don't have to like the same things.

it's in a bathroom. How much more private do you need? You can always shut the bathroom door if there is someone else living with you

I have never, ever lived in a house with a separate toilet room. I would also never choose to, that door handle on the inside has to be a mess of bacteria 😳

I don't like those little toilet rooms either. I have zero desire to be shut up in a tiny room with a toilet. I feel like I'm taking a crap in a closet. I absolutely loathe them. I see their benefit, if you're living with someone they can still use the rest of the bathroom while you're in there doing your business. But unless it's a necessity I don't want you in anywhere near the bathroom while I'm doing my business. But I get it, in the morning two people need to get ready for work. They're just not my thing. At hotels when they have them I never shut the door. I closed the door to the bathroom but I'm not shutting myself up into a tiny toilet closet.

Good point. I would have put the toilet on the other wall. It looks ridiculous facing the shower like that

Oh wait a minute. I think that's just the camera angle. I think the shower is flush to the wall. Instead of sticking out. I don't think it's in front of the toilet.

I'm beginning not to trust these camera angles. I think whatever camera they used distorts the spacing. Like in the kitchen I think there's more room in between the island and the refrigerator than what appears.

I don’t want my toilet to be out in the open like that. I like to handle my business privately.

I can see it already, the TV is going to be on the other corner of the living room so the beautiful loving children are still going to crane their neck.

Also, that fridge is so close to the island. Basically no fridge access if there's something sitting on those chairs

72A097DE-AA24-42DC-909E-D939A9674938I previously speculated that she had counters replaced with her beloved quartz. This pic shows that the island is clearly different from the other counters. Island quartz matches the fireplace feature. Also, the previous listing says there is a home gym room already in the basement for her.

I do not get the layout of this place, the wet bar is ridiculous with the sectional. It’s like where a tv should go. Not family friendly at all unless she intends on using that area for entertaining potential suitors and is planning to banish all kid activity to the basement? It’s just so far away from the kitchen and we know those beautiful children get testy if they do not have their grilled cheese right on time...

. I agree. What's the need of a wet bar when the kitchen is not even 10 steps away. Should have been put in the basement. Come to think of it, I would remove the sink. It is pointless. And yeah that would be a nice place for the TV but I don't think I would take down the upper cabinets at this point.

Guys, I guess we're not allowed to post the info. But it's all there in the previous thread. Everything. Just get to reading. Start at the end and work your way back. All your questions will be answered.

Bravo to whomever who found it. Damn you are good.

I am not gonna lie, I absolutely love that house. It is far nicer than their old one. Girl did well for herself.

What don't I like: The master bath tile would have to be changed. That is any eye sore. I couldn't look at that every day. In another bath: I don't like above counter bathroom sinks. I don't need a sink to be that prominent. And with young children having to reach up and over that is a no-go for me. It's a pretty sink but would have to go. I am not into all that white marble or whatever stone that is. It would be on my list to change down the road.

The exterior needs hella work but that can be fixed in due time. Not entirely fond of the siding color. All that brown trim gotta go. Brown garage door, goodbye. Chainlink fence and other fence are an abomination - first thing to go. Landscaping company report STAT! Need privacy trees/shrubbery immediately and break up that long alley of a backyard. STRIKE!

    I need some character man

    Right?

Just about every single house we’ve looked at has the exact same finishings & “look”... light gray, white, a little cream, the same counters, fixtures...

I agree. But that is the way of most things these days. Everything is the same. Even cars look alike. I used to be able to tell you exactly what car was what. Not today. Most cars look alike to me. Not much differentiation. When one company does something the rest copy.

That’s when we had a clear view of the kitchen pulls

It was posted earlier in this thread to compare to a kitchen, dug it out for you...

They definitely look matte black there to me.

Definitely looks like the same one to me. It's the living room shot that doesn't look like the rooms align the same that makes me doubt

you can see the bottom of the bubble lights in the foyer in her IG story. right over her shoulder. it is the house. great job!!

If it does turn out to be her house, I would love to see what she does with that drab, unfortunate backyard. That is the type of thing I would tune in for.

I honestly don't care about her new house :scared-smiley-emoticon: :scared-smiley-emoticon:
    Dont come for me
I think she looked nice in that old navy dress
The face could really use some work though!!

I only care because she's being SO secretive about it. As soon as she shows it, I'll be back to not caring same as I didn't care about the retirement home.

I mostly just like looking at houses. Always have. :jolly-smiley-emoticon:

I just want to finish the story to find out where she ends up. After that, unless she does something remarkable with her life or posts about setting up in the new house - love to see that kind of stuff from anybody, she is too boring to care about. I mean, berry updates and grocery hauls?!! No thank you, I'm out.
