To say nothing of the fact that when you reach a certain age and file for Social Security, you have to PROVE that you were legally married to the person you're trying to draw off of.
As far as his ashes, surely if the family requested them now, surely she would turn them over. |

| I didn't mean she needed to live under the same roof as her mom; but it seems to me just having her mom nearby would help her emotional state and help her break the connection between Ryan and herself.
At least she would be away from him - I doubt he'd make the trip down there to see his son. |
