But they didn’t bother to add the backsplash tile to the little section of cabinetry in the far corner, just did a standard 3” granite backsplash there.
And in the adjacent butlers pantry they left the original tan granite, but added the clashing gray and white backsplash tile.
Basement bar has what looks like a bathroom sink and no fridge. Also no upper cabinets or shelving. Very non-functional if you ask me.
What a cheap, cheap, job of a flip. If you’re going to renovate a house to flip, do it right or don’t do it at all.
Seriously? The flippers accomplished what they needed to do, put in the minimum amount of money in order to sell it and make a nice profit. There’s very little profit margin in high end fixtures with an unknown buyer. Their business model worked, didn’t it. D&T bought it and can put their own stamp on it. |

| | Based on the previous foreclosure photos a lot of work was put into the flip. I can see why it appealed to D &T. All the white seems to be T's style while I think the traditional exterior speaks to Don. The walkout basement is amazing and what about that wine rack. Any wine drinkers here? 🍷🤪 Looking at the floorplans the layout isn't terrible and as an out of state agent (R) I can tell you that the photography makes the rooms look enormous. A lot of people get annoyed when they actually tour the house. |
