I wonder how much Jen with wonder actually wonders about crime, and ever has taken a look at the maps available for Chicago (and other areas) to see where the crime has become an issue and when to venture and when not to, all of these stats are online for the city and surrounding areas and burbs too.
I wonder if she wonders over to the TV to watch local news or wonders enough to check crime stats online ever? Crime is everywhere, including her perceived safe suburban area. -

Agree, there may be a new man at some point, I am certain she is on top of that project, but she will morph into yet another version of Jen, so that this future suitor seemingly thinks she likes the things he does. -

Since I'm not a long time viewer, I think in one of the videos Don said he was an Eagle Scout? Because, in the videos I was able to see, he never talked about or seemed to participate in volunteering, either, going all the way back to 2013. It was just golfing, traveling, cooking, repeat. Giving back & volunteering is central to scouting.
In many older videos, the fact that Don made it to Eagle Scout is brought up. Time and again. He HAD to do a major service project and volunteer a ton to get that rank, so he clearly did not encourage, ever, in Jen what he did to become that "Eagle Scout" (hopefully it was done honestly, and not a ----- ok I will stop, just knowing they are a shady bunch (Ross fam) nothing would surprise me.
Jen does not have from what we all have seen over the years the mindset to actually "volunteer" (go somewhere and do something to help people she does not know, she truly has not wider worldview)
Hell will freeze over before this selfish b#tch Jen would actually volunteer, even at the SK.

.I was in an abusive relationship. It angers me when Jen makes comments that Don caged her, and makes comments that sound like he was abusive.
I wasn't allowed to work. I had a van but if I needed gas, he would only put $3 in..just enough so I couldn't adventure far from the house. Eventually that van broke down and I had no car at all. This isnt even half of what I went through and I reached out to my parents for help only to be told they couldn't help me. It took months for me to plan my escape. I got on Craigslist and asked for a free pay as you go phone, I secretly sold things on craigslist which wasnt easy to do cause he kept track of me..just so I could eventually sneak and buy a phone card to add minutes on the phone.
He ended up starting a really successful business and women started to pay more attention to him because they knew he had money. He would travel all over the place for work and always left me at home with no car or money. He started cheating on me. Which actually helped me be able to get away. He left one night and as soon as he did I texted a friend to come get me (we had a plan in place..so she just waited for my call) and she picked me up but I left with only what I could quickly grab. She took me to my parents and begged for them to let me stay there and they finally said yes.
We were never married, thankfully. But if we were there is no way in hell I would keep his last name. I was a wreck after I left, I lived in fear that he would show up at my parents house. I had anxeity going to the store thinking I would run into him. No way I would want his last name as a constant reminder of the crap I went through. Do I know what went on between Don and Jen? No. But what she has shown in her video claims differently than the shit quotes she posts,and the comments she makes regarding Don. I don't care about her last name..it has nothing to do with me either way. I was just genuinely curious, I never said anything bad about people who do. But if she is keeping her last name..and we know she will just for the status ...it has nothing to do with those kids, then *I* again..my opinion..we all have one..think she should stop dragging Don and marriage through the mud.

.Personally I wouldn't want the reminder. One of my friends who married young and eventually divorced kept her exhusband's name because she didn't want to deal with the professional hassle (her child is an adult so that's not a factor). To me keeping the ex's last name would be the hassle. Gene doesn't even have the career excuse to fall back on. She could change her last name to anything in the world if she didn't like Boyles or even shorten it to Boyle. But it's her one last claim to fame in that family of boundary-lacking weirdos.

for me it was h#ll no on keeping my ex-husbands name, no way did I want to be associated with him or his crazy family, and was the FIRST thing listed that I "wanted" done was my name changed back
happily, I am using now my last name and my DH last name and that works out great,
however I have friends that are or have gone back and forth on the ex-name thing, and it was because of the children, thankfully I did not procreate with the ex so for me it was a WONDERous thing to get my name back
If she thinks Ross holds some sway, and she is such a mess, who knows,---- but we have at least 3 Mrs. Ross people now in that family, getting crowded. And confusing. -

If Jen had hers on subscription and delivered from Peach, as she stated in an early story during the great 2020 tp crises, that she had no worries there as hers was delivered to the house (the luxury toilet paper for the 1% or if you want to way overspend on tp)
I am going to assume the new mrs. is going to get 4x as much delivered as jen did monthly

I looked at it (inside general layout) and kept wondering why is this reminding me of some other "house" like I have seen it before, or that layout, lots of room, 2 staircases, one in the back for the help or whatever odd little rooms especially on the lower level, the upstairs bedrooms, the vast long hallways and then it hit me,
It reminds me of the Jon Benet Ramsey house design, (not the outside, no, the inside creepiness)
(apologies for being off-topic but now that house gives me the creeps, and I did not like it before and now I know exactly why. )

It must be said, no matter what we think of the house, (dorm w a pool to me) day-cor (screams flip quickly), and location (not Glenview folks and that is a big deal, (as has been stated here already) but they do have Ravinia in Summer not so far away but yeah, not that town, not a ROSS level place, just my opinion

this is a HUGE HUGE upgrade for TENS --- if for nothing else she has an attached garage, and no more running to the house from the car in rain and snow, and clearing off snow, ice, slush slop off of her car/s --- I am sure she feels as tho she won the lotto, sort of.

I've never been to Lake Michigan but I came close to being lost in Lake Erie when I was 5. My two older sisters were each holding a hand but the undertow was too strong. Luckily there was a lifeguard nearby. Needless to say I am terrified of water, nearly 60 years later it still gives me anxiety. She is an idiot, and that's putting it nicely.
Same with Lake Michigan, it has a very odd way of looking calm when it is totally churning below -- she looks away for one min. (unless her Mom /Dad are w her and she is just not showing them in photos) they wade in and yeah
I think she has company on this ridiculous little beach trip - she can barely handle the kids alone while they are locked in RM2 mausoleum let alone deal with them on the lakefront. good lord. -

Agree, as Bangle Bitch knows and anyone who is from generally the area near the lake - cooler by the lake is A THING for a reason,
NO WAY is today a "beach" day - she must have been triggered by something to load them and drag them out to the lake (park identified again, Jen you are stupid.
