For LAX, $2,800 is pretty average, though Judy’s building is probably one of the more expensive ones in her neighborhood. I won’t post the name of the building here not to make her doxxing worse. She lives next to two landmark buildings and posted a view from her balcony on her IG. SMH! Still, DTLA isn’t exactly glamorous like it once was.
Rent is usually supposed to be 30% of one’s salary. It looks like she moved to one of the top floors of her building so she must be paying $3500 a month in rent (and was paying around $2,800 before she moved). To afford $3,500 a month, she would need to bring home around $12,000 net a month if she lives alone. Correct me if am wrong. But, doesn’t she have a boyfriend? If Judy lives alone, her annual salary would have to be around $150,000 net. It’s what some jobs pay in LAX (senior actuaries, people with experience in finance, film, VFX, law, etc.) Judy could also be working two jobs. If she is sharing that space with another person, then she would need to make around 60k a year net. That being said, many people in big cities will pay 50% of their annual salary in rent, which is no Bueno, because that doesn’t leave much room to save, and there’s a greater risk of staying in debt.
Judy’s building seems desperate for tenant because their current promo is 8 weeks free rent. I believe that her neighborhood has been struggling with the drug crisis. Not sure, not to familiar with LAX. -
.She sounded so bitter and disappointed in CC. Some kids ride bikes early. Some need training wheels for a long time. I don't see what the big deal is. You know what is disappointing? Making shitty comments letting your kid know that you wish they didn't need extra help.
I don't understand how she thinks her 8 year old dragging an infant toy everywhere is okay but training wheels are babyish.
She may have been able to ride a bike without training wheels sooner if her mother spent time teaching her instead of dragging her On some dumbass Disney vacation every single time she was with her to avoid having to Be on mommy duty…

Kids don’t magically wake up when morning, and just know how to write a bike… They have to be taught they have to have time to learn!!! -

Those kids are in her house for mere hours a week, many of them they are asleep. They go to a school where they learn life skills as part of the curriculum, from a very young age. She claimed they know not to touch cardboard, and it was NBD that their dishes were in a cabinet with trash because they don’t make smelly trash.
But she gets all freaked out about doing something as simple as a Target run with them, disclaimers people to not talk to her if she’s dealing with her kids, insists that they carry their ratty loveys everywhere, and they are the reason the windows have been left uncovered for all these years?
How is it possible that NOBODY who knows this woman/these kids in real life has found this corner of the internet to settle the age old question: are they feral kids or does she just blame them for everything? -

With Judy posting views from her window, it took me 2 seconds to find her building. So she’s renting at around 2,800 USD a month. I guess that being HRH’s lackey pays.
Yeah, she's not living the high life by any means. She strategically positions her IG posting to give an air of high end vibes........Cheapest lux she can find (most I imagine from Korean or Chinese knock offs). Same ol' Mercedes for years.... I'm not even sure she's still married. Never any dual meals. Just Judy and her pastries. Al plays up that the jewelry business is crushing it. IT'S def not! She has to say that in order to keep up the pretenses. "You guys are loving x/y or z." No.........For her to be making any significant cash, she'd have to be there 24/7 or have a crew working their asses off. She strings some shit on chain and calls it a day. She lives off of profits from the last house and when that runs out, she'll sell this new one. And on and on it will go.

She acts like teaching her kid to ride a bike is a burden. Jeez lady, just make it fun. I was a nanny in college and taught the 6 year old girl I watched to ride a bike without training wheels in one day. I made it fun and had no issues. I didn’t even have my own child. I can only imagine how frustrated and annoyed she was with poor CC, making snide remarks. She has 0 patience. -
