| Is there anything wrong with being chubby? No, not inherently. But Jesus Lord and saviour how is she so chubby when all she does is exercise in her sweat prison basement?? Everyday?? My old PT used to say it’s hard to out exercise a bad diet but if you’re doing over an hour everyday and you’ve had no physical changes in a year (if anything getting bigger) then there has to be something wrong medically

| Hot take: if she were to actually embrace her “being free of what society expects” narrative and be one of those mothers who becomes not involved in their children’s lives, I’d support her in it. She’s lying to herself if she thinks her behaviour isn’t negatively impacting her children (“what mommy wants mommy gets gate)
They see everything ; her relationship with exercise/food/self image/how she feels about Don/his wife/how she responds to criticism/ where she goes without them.
Now that’s a concept “society” really struggles to grasp, you can actually do more harm staying. |

| She talks so gosh darn much about that physiotherapist, why not speak to a plain old therapist?? It’d probably do a heck of a lot more for her busted body if she’d stop punishing herself with exercise instead of dealing with mental illness. Oh wait no she can’t because she’s too proud.
