The dress - I think Tens is comfortable showing off some skin and is not at all a "conservative" dresser, especially after she lost all that weight. I also think that while I don't think Don bought the dress for her to wear, he might have complimented her in the past whenever she would show some leg or wear something revealing. Except for the tennis outfit, all her other photos I'd seen seem to show her wearing "regular" clothing.
I have not seen the actual photos so I don't know exactly how Tensleigh wore it, but I've seen the dress in online shopping ads. I would not wear it. But, I do know that as a young woman I was overweight and would never wear anything that called any attention to myself. Now that I'm more confortable in my own skin weight-wise I'll wear things I would never have considered back then (much to my husband's delighted surprise). Maybe she's feeling the same. |

| Hi bakers! I finally made an account what with all the excitement in the past week or so.
I found Jen really soon after she started her channel. She was one of the first channels I watched back in the day. I had just been laid off (for the first time! I am now on my third career!). I watched out of fascination with her "busyness" as a housewife with no kids, no job, no nothing.
I found the trash a guru area on GG coming from Michelle Phan and saw there was a group for Jen. You all had similar thoughts about her to my own. When you moved over here it took me a while to find you and it took me WEEKS to catch back up, but I've been reading here ever since. Like others, I often can't keep up so by the time I'd be wanting to post you'd be pages ahead, so I just watch and enjoy the ride. I have not seen THE photos but was able to piece together our Tensliegh's name and profession, and I've seen the fireplace refurb.
***My countertops are just plain laminate (I hope you won't hold that against me!) in a pattern that looks like granite, but if you look closely enough you see that it's autumn leaves.***
