I feel bad for Bubbas. Black dogs already suffer in the heat, and he's 17. I had a big black Lab who made it to 13 and we are in the Midwest where it isn't consistently hot and humid in summer, and it was tough enough. I imagine Steven has to carry him up and down the stairs. That is certainly not optimal for the poor old guy.
Someone in the YT comments had ask how Bubbas was managing the stairs in the new house, and Prissy said they had already been carrying him up and down the stairs at the NY house. |

Prissy's family was in the OH/PA area, relocating to Charlotte near Prissy and his sissy. Steven's family is in upper NY state area, and it's where he grew up. |

Plus the fact that he left at a strange time during the school year makes it seem like he was asked to leave. If he resigned voluntarily, it would have made more sense if it was at midterm or at the end of the school year. |

The trails near their new house are slam packed with people and activity at all times. Unless you go at 6am, then it's really nice and quiet but Steven has to go to work at the quiet times.
Plus, Steven's family all live in the upstate NY area, and it's where he grew up, so probably feels more like home to him then any other place he has lived. |
