| I think it's just the angle the photo was taken, and then some cropping. It's what anyone would do to show the house. The rental company did the same thing in the photo someone else posted. They photographed it from the side, so the tree was not on the forefront.
Here's a screenshot from Google maps. Second photo is cropped so tree is not shown. No photoshopping needed, just cropping.
