He never specified exactly what happened but given his constant IG digs and resentful commentary relative to work, associates, his ‘sacrifices’, I think most of us here are pretty sure he was given the boot. Look at his personality and behaviors…it shouldn’t surprise anyone, if in fact that was the case
Plus the fact that he left at a strange time during the school year makes it seem like he was asked to leave. If he resigned voluntarily, it would have made more sense if it was at midterm or at the end of the school year. -

Totally agree, Steven (and the dogs) moved from an 1.2 acres of land to this townhouse with a postage stamp yard. I am willing to bet the NY trails he walked on were not super populated. The trails near their new house are slam packed with people and activity at all times. Unless you go at 6am, then it's really nice and quiet but Steven has to go to work at the quiet times.
Plus, Steven's family all live in the upstate NY area, and it's where he grew up, so probably feels more like home to him then any other place he has lived. -

The unit is currently occupied and available in April - do not disturb tenants.
So it's likely they didn't actually see the place other than photos before getting the keys, which would explain Prissy trying to make all the mundane things seem special, but really being disappointed. -

Go watch his Big Announcement YT video again. He was very careful with his wording. He said that they were closing on their house in April and "already got a house in Charlotte". The house they were closing on was their NY house, and the house they "got", not "bought", was in Charlotte. He also said, "our house is sold here, and we have our house in Charlotte", but never actually said they bought the house there, just that they have one that they couldn't move into until April 18. He just tried to make it seem like they'd bought it. -

This is what is blowing my mind. I mean this place is one church away from a strip mall. I can certainly understand renting until you figure out exactly where it is you want to buy. This seems like a good plan. Why can't he just say that instead of the vague booking about this place. That's a lot of money for a year's rent. Damn.
Can't wait for Prissy to check in with the Bakery after getting settled once the movers leave and see that it's been figured out exactly where he lives and that it's a rental.

Also a pawn shop and a strip mall. Not sure how current these Google map photos are, though. Area could have changed, since it's still showing the tiny cottage where the $1.5m new build is from his walk with Mabel. -

I guess he never explicitly said they bought a house but he’s definitely implied it.
No, yard is not big, which is probably the reason why he hasn't shown it. And, yes, houses are really close. -

The jeans come in “lots of different washes”…..so if someone wanted those exact ones (doubtful, btw) she can’t tell them which ones she’s wearing.
The belt is reversible, but she of course didn’t bother reversing it so that it might match her bag.
Instead of showing another photo of that outfit while wearing dressier trousers, she just talks about it.
Nothing new to anyone here, but she is truly THE LAZIEST PERSON I THINK I’VE EVER SEEN!
She can't share more accurate information because she's already returned the outfit after the photo was taken. -
