I think the scandal had something to do with the poop hitting the fan.
It could mean that they were being investigated and Jen turned it all around onto herself. I like to think that, maybe the government had a subpoena that covered all electronics in the Ross house and she had to turn over her computer(S) and drobo for it to be checked for illegal HFT activity. Or maybe the FBI came and searched their house because the Donald has an office there. I'm dreaming big here.
