Lol. I have a household of boys from 10 to 19; NONE of them would be caught dead in the Vineyard Vines stuff. Hoodies are hoodies and every male I know wears them. I guess I'm lucky; my boys shop for their stuff at Walmart because they think spending money on clothes/fashion is stupid.
Regarding Pineapples and swingers: I know about the lifestyle very well and pineapples....no....not a thing among those I know. Sorry Marnie. Pineapples HERE are used as a symbol of Hospitality and Colonial Williamsburg is notorious for pineapples being everywhere. BTW, it's not just a "Southern Thing". Nope.
I get the impression she is trying too hard to show that she is Jewish during Christmas; why, I don't know. If anything, she's more OFFENSIVE (at least to me) which is a huge turn OFF. One of my dearest friends is Jewish and she just unsubscribed because she was getting sick of Marnies one foot in and one foot out of Christmas. There's nothing wrong with a Jew celebrating both; many do. Those that want NO part of Christmas don't don anything that is part of it... so which are you Marnie?
Last, damn but she is NEGATIVE. I feel for any date her sons bring home UNLESS they bring someone home "just like mom"....either they'll be bitchbuddies or Marnie will make her life a living hell. Lovely, eh?
