    Why would they redo the floors before painting? I would redo the paint then the floors. Professional painters in my area suck at painting. I have too many friends complain about them. I'm repainting our house, but will redo the floors afterwards.

    Watching her haul I thought mop was a blanket till it moved and realized it was the dog.
