It has to be that she's gotten a nanny. A few weeks ago she only had ten minutes for herself each day, and now she's cranking out videos left and right. She already has a nanny and just wants to fess up to it, so it's not another cleaning ladies drama.

I’ve been thinking hard about this. I’m almost positive it’s not a nanny. It’s either her dieting habits - vegan or something else completely off the wall or something concerning Don. He has an upcoming “easy” shoulder surgery, doesn’t he? Or maybe there’s something more with his back problems. I haven’t quite made up my mind. It’s hard to tell...she can come up with the strangest things.
Or it could be something like she’s finally decided to get the fireplace whitewashed.
