I don't get why those shorts would be considered modest when they are clinging to your figure. she could wear something more like this and still be pretty covered
...although I think she should stay away from anything that is cuffed. a dark color would be more flattering too
ExtraCaramel - totally agree. she was making comments about Charlotte's body from the day she was born. it's truly sick. Charlotte will grow up being horrified at the thought of wearing a size medium or large. -

Jen fitting in 27s reminds me of the crazy vendor Diane Gilman on HSN that used to say she wore like 12 but could wear a 6 in her brand of jeans.
NYDJ jeans are the same. I was in Nordies before I lost a shit ton of weight and said I wear a size 14 or 16 and the sales associate looked at me and said more like a 10 or 12 in these jeans. She was correct.
Size blindness is only one of Jen's special qualities.. -

I wore a pair of capris in HS that were skin tight. I remember my Grandpa making a remark about how unflattering they looked on me. I actually cried at the time. He was so right though. Jen needs to ditch the jorts. . -

I can't let this go. Jen has never had a problem wearing shorts. While these are older IG photos because she doesn't really do OOTDs anymore, we've seen her in more recent vlogs over the past couple of years where she's worn them. She's re-writing history because what she really means to say (and won't) is that she doesn't want to wear them anymore because she's not as thin as she used to be. 
Also, these two photos were taken a few days apart. Look at the difference in how she looks when she wears regular length jeans. Those capris have NEVER been flattering on her. How does exposing 6 inches of skin keep you that much cooler? She's full of shit.

Yes! She always wore shorts and especially workout shorts. Frankly, she looked just fine in them.
It is the capris that were the disaster.
Her legs are far too short for capris. She just looked as though she was prepping for a flood.. -

Capris do not look good on me. My legs are short, and the capris make them look shorter. Best jeans are extra long boot cut with heels. . -

Jen has chosen the most unflattering cuts of clothing to wear on her body. She is too short to look good in capris, especially when they are so tight.
And no one, NO ONE! looks good in those jorts. The model doesn’t look good in them, Jen certainly doesn’t look good in them. No one would pull off that look.. -

I wore a size 27 in High School I was 5 foot 6 and 105 pounds. -

I have very short legs too. I do wear capris....but not cuffed ones. Ever. I have to be careful with the length of both shorts and capris. I don’t have the most attractive legs - thick and straight. So my shorts and capris have to hit me at just the right place for me to feel comfortable wearing them. Cuffs are never my friend.
