I was never that hungry or thirsty while nursing.
I guess I was doing it wrong.
I was that hungry in the early days. But 6 months down the line my appetite has long since evened out & I think most women would say the same. Like that 1st month or two when you're up all night & overproducing you're eating at all hours of the day & night & sucking back a couple gallons of water. But 6 months down the road? It tends to level off to a much more manageable level of thirst & extra calorie consumption.
Raw vegans eat massive quantities of food to make up for the low caloric density. I'm willing to bet that she watched a vid where they said that & then turned it into larger & higher fat everything.
Those are raw vegans living on fruits & veggies.....not you.. -
