Having watched the latest "What I eat in a Day" two things spring to mind -
1. Jen is not eating enough protein
2. CC is certainly not eating enough protein
CC needs some extra milk of some sort, some cheese and some yoghurt added.
Jen is eating a LOT of calories. That huge smuice and a breakfast?
Since she has been on this regime for a couple of months now she isn't losing weight!
