The only use I can think of for those swim capris is hiking to a waterfall or something like that. Somewhere that there will be no where to change and you are probably going to get wet. I would have worn them when I went white-water rafting. And even that is a stretch. Why the skirt? Nylon shorts and a Tank would dry faster.
I can't imagine what everyone else at the pool thought when they saw her. Someone took a picture and sent it to their best friend with the caption "Look at this nut I saw at the pool today!"
