Still listening to Emily. Unfortunately in this cases they are doing everything so the children don't need to testify. A little confused and abused child to testify against their mother is difficult. If Jodi doesn't plea, they will have to testify, but at least Jodi is not their mother.
Emily, as experienced prosecutor, doesn't expect that Ruby will get a minimum sentence. We will see in February. This is terrible. From what I know, I think that if this boy had not escaped, one or both of these children wouldn't have survived.

When "RF" attempted to run away in July, his hands and feet were bound, and then tied to weights. Franke admitted she kicked "RF" while wearing boots, held his head underwater and cut off his oxygen by placing her hands over his mouth and nose.
Franke said that she and another adult "sought to indoctrinate 'RF' and convince him that he was evil and possessed," and that the punishments were necessary to repent, but that they were done as "acts of love."
The plea agreement said the sister of "RF," identified as "EF," was subject to the same treatment as her brother and that was also convinced she was evil.

Since the plea deal was accepted I want the Judge to make Ruby admit she lied about Russell SA other children and looking at porn as a toddler. He deserves to be exonerated from that alone.

The more that comes out, the more I'm convinced this "divorce" is a scam. He's such an arrogant p*ssy, I think the only purpose is to protect their assets from the kids. Watch, Ruby will agree to transfer everything to him in the divorce. All six kids deserve compensation for their years of unpaid work and there certainly should be restitution paid to R & E.
For such a supposed intelligent person, he fell under Ruby's spell, then again under Jodi's spell. I have a bad feeling he's going to get custody and then what? He'll fall under another wicked female's spell and provide an evil step-mother for the kids? The man is an idiot, he deserves prison time for abandoning and neglecting his children.

I think a prosecutor should've demanded this. Who ever is representing the children's interest should demand this.
